Yes, any drug is a excuse for this type of behavior. Funny how media always says something to cover up truths, if it was coke we would have other situations where ppl eat others, same with any other drug. The truth to this story will never come to light as it it is surrounded with occult facts. To be quite clear the cults are real, and are very prominant around the U.S. Lots of these groups will kidnap ppl, and put them through torcher on LSD or psyco drugs to mold them into more of a controlling person to do their bidding.
Yes whats sick, from my research is this man could of been a decomposer, a person who is kept as a slave who is forced to eat flesh until he likes it, and you may say why would ppl do this? Well these cults are sick, and very smart at the same time, they use ppl like this to dispose of other kidnapped victims after they are used for what ever sick purpose.
This man slave very well could of escaped from his confines and wondered the streets until he came across a victim, or he was used also to grab victims but plans went arry, and he was left to fend for himself. Either way the occult is a serious thing that has its hand deep into all forms of crimes, just look at Son of sam cases, and others, ppl really do things like this for fun, but trust me its not coke, pcp or any other common drug, this is LSD the main drug used in mind control, our government has done more than 40 years studing this drug on citizens!
