Regarding the face eating--it might have been consensual--LOL hear me out, people on hard stimulants do some crazy shit, I was freindly with an amphetamine sulphate addict years ago-(when I was homeless at 16 he looked out for me and taught the "rules of the street") Anyway, this mate had another mate-also a "phet-head", and one evening after theyd been up for several days, my mates mate decided he didnt need his little finger anymore, and asked my mate remove it with a machete--which he duly did-and put the severed appendage in the freezer "just in case".
The finger was reattached, and my friend was arrested, but released without charge.
Funnily enough-this speedy friend of mine actually bit the end of someones nose off in a fight-then chewed it twice and spat it back at him--this worked well as my mate was outnumbered 4-1, but after the munch none of the other 3 seemed to want any part of it LOL Speedy G--he was a nutter, but I loved him

Personally, If I were unconscious, helpless, and having my face eaten-off by some naked psychopath, I would hope to hell someone would shoot the bastard before he killed me, or ate my man bits off!

I could care less if it was a cop or some old-lady passing bye with a hand gun in her purse that blew the nut-job away, I would be extremely appreciative to who ever it was that saved me from being eaten alive by another deranged human-being.

Maybe, the cops should have ordered a pizza to be delivered to the crime scene, and attempted to lure the hungry, crazed man away from the victim with a large slice? Of course, if the pizza man didn't get there in 30 minutes or less, the victim may have been dead but the pizza would have been free!
