Do you use a grinder?

tweezers ... my goal is to open up the herb to expose all the trichomes to the air flow of my vape ... remove those tiny trichome-coated leaves, one at a time, and drop into the bud vial. (yeah, i'm a bit OC - i would go nuts having to clean the thc off the grinder teeth - one extra task in an already too busy life).

Not to hijack your thread here; but does anyone else use a cigarette roller for joints or blunts? I use them for joints pretty much every time and if I'm smoking a blunt, I pack the ground up bud in a king size cigarette roller, then dump the rolled up bud "stick" (forgive me for a lack of a better description) into an opened cigar and then roll the blunt up like normal. I'm talking about the cheap rollers in smokeshops that have 2 plastic rollers that have the vinyl type materal wrapped around the 2 plastic rollers... put in your smoke of choice, close, roll it a few times, insert paper, roll a few times, open, out pops a rolled smoke.

I have two, one for normal sized and one for huge joints. Works pretty good, though I feel like im cheating or something.

4 piece grinder 90% of the time for 2 years now. The other 10% is with scissors. Before the grinder i used scissors for years and years and years

A friend got a plastic grinder from a dispensary with his buds. The first time he used part of the plastic broke off while he was grinding and ended up in his J.
I use a Slightly Stoopid metal grinder but have never noticed shavings.

If I have my grinder on me, it gets used. If not, I carry a little multi-tool with scissors on it and cut up the bud.

I use bills. I know its stupid. The chick at the store always looks at them funny. Once st a car wash a girl commented on my rolling technology and asked me to smoke with her.

Also, i have a dime in the weed trap that encourages pollen to pass screen into the bottom. i notice no ill effects on my chron, and i have plenty of pollen to top bowls with.

Scissors and a kif box with an automatic cig roller. Real easy on the weed, doesn't mar it up badly and smear all the trichs. Rolls real easy and cig quality and diameter joint that burns almost like a cig when using raw papers. Grinder only when vaping or busting up some hash.

I've seen a few people with a quarter in their weed trap, always wondered the reasoning behind it myself haha.

From what I gather it is so that the quarter (or dime) bangs around in there and shakes more kief into your kief-chamber?

Been using the same sweetleaf grinder my brother got me for my birthday almost 12 years ago, imo its a must if you are rolling a joint, my preferred method of intake.

I'm surprised I'm the only one using a coffee grinder, I bought it cuz I'm usually grinding all day, and I was getting bad callouses on my hands from the small herb grinders you find at most head shops. It was only 7$ at the dollar store and I like that I can grind per the specifications of the given situation. It also spins a unique keif that gets stuck to the lid that's absolutely delicious. I'm also lazy, so there's that.

my GF uses a coffee grinder sometimes. its a deluxe model!! i think it was made in the 80's and will destroy anything in its path.

me personally ill use a grinder only when i wanna smoke a doobie and cant get the weed broken up good enough to burn.

No, grinders make it seem like less weed.. I mean I guess you can fit more in a joint with a grinder but I'd rather just use mah fingas. So yes, I use a grinder.. My fingers.

onedropdesign i believe. had it like 10 years now. when i smoke heavy i break out the coffee grinder.
