thanks everyone for the good vibes and compliments,sorry for the hiatus,grow has me extra busy the last couple weeks....unseasonably warm temps out my way have had me gettin the a/c back on and running...also im battling gnats like a mf,ive tried a few things so far with no success...tomorrow ill give the ole cider vinegar and dish soap traps a try,from what i have read and heard this will work.if anyone has anything better that they have used for gnats please holla at me and let a playa know so i can get rid of these things and shake this headache.lil fuckers are annoying.
transplant day is tomorrow,ill be emptying the cloner,gettin the new moms into cups,and also putting the cups into 3 gallon bags...the straw d,blockhead,tk,and tangi haze all are looking really happy and will be even happier after they get up-potted.
the a/c is pumpin real nice,got the temps feelin perfect.was getting warm in there for a few days.cant wait to get the group out of there that had the light leak,them mf are uglly yo,but f it,i couldnt bring myself to take them down after the time i already had into them.the group behind them are lookin real nice though, a few ffa stretched a litlle more then i would have liked but tht aint nothin new w ffa.
got the okiefe tube on the way,the tripple chamber one,should be able to run a shitload of oil thru it and have some nice pics for u guys.ill get a bunch up tomorrow of flower,the transplants and of the dry nugs from the last couple runs.i really wanted to get at the pics tonight but i was buildin my a/c box,switchin out my 8 inch fan for a 10 inch to help the a/c breathe....and more bs tht came along with that.

Azamax worked for me. I run coco and always seemed to have those fuckers floating around, tried gnatrol, and DE. Azamax seemed the only thing to stop them from coming back. Just started using it as a preventative now whenever I transplant.

I found DE is a good deterent.
But not much of a cure.

just stopped in to vent,next run out is lookin like its gonna be shitty....the ones tht had the light leak,some snapped back and some are full of popcorn from top to bottom.i knew i shoulda murdered them and started fresh.too late now,gonna be a pissed off Tona come chop time dealin w tht bs.

dunks didnt work for me either.
the aza drench should get those gnat babies!

Gnats, what a pain, and coco is just the perfect medium for them...always a little moist.
I have battled them for years from hydro to soil to coco....from Pyrethrin, Diamataciuois Earth, Azatrol, Mosquito Dunks, and finnaly Gnatrol WDG (water dispersed granual).
I had used liquid Gnatrol back years ago with little luck. But when the chips were down and the gnats were still wining I found the WDG formula...and finally it worked.
Here is what I swear by, take it or leave it.
First, you need fresh stock.
Apply at every watering, 2 to 4 grams /gallon, After a week back it down to 1 to 2 gram/gallon every watering until flush.
Sounds to simple, but you have got to keep application rates up to kill all of the larve. and this is going to take weeks. The adults are harmless, but they keep fucking and breeding so be strong and keep on dumping the gnatrol on. In about 2 weeks your going to see a major drop off in gnats.
Stay the course with 1 gram/gallon doses, even in veg, and it will work.
Disclaimer:
M Dunks just are not fresh enough or concentrated enough to do the job IMHO. Buy a 5 gallon bucket of the WGD and dont look back.
You will never kill them all. Consistent dosing will get most all of them. but their will always be a straggler to start the cycle over.

and I saw one sitting on the edge of a pot. But just one.

whats at three weeks right now,this run should get me back on track and rid of the stretchy bs,a few ffa got tall but tht aint nothin new,thats what they do...ill be able to get these spread out better and get some more decen pics as soon as the big 10 gallon girls are out this week.
