257 with a goal of 180-190, where I was when I was playing football. Maybe less, we will see, haven't had that little weight on my bones in years. Should be interesting to see if I can get below the 210 mark. Good luck all who are going to do this. I think I might do an extra cardio or stretch one every day to try to get some of this weight off faster. Have to admit that I was doing girl pushups by the end of the chest and back dvd earlier.
