257 with a goal of 180-190, where I was when I was playing football. Maybe less, we will see, haven't had that little weight on my bones in years. Should be interesting to see if I can get below the 210 mark. Good luck all who are going to do this. I think I might do an extra cardio or stretch one every day to try to get some of this weight off faster. Have to admit that I was doing girl pushups by the end of the chest and back dvd earlier.

I am mainly gonna go for cardio, it's either gonna be at lunch time or it's gonna be first thing in the morning

the doc said a little yoga and pilates would be very good for strengthening my back

I would have liked to joint some kind of cardio club

did a little bit of tai chi and yoga in the past but nothing extreme like the p90

yeah i lost my license a few months back on a 2nd dui so ive been using my beach cruiser to get around town until i head back to the hills in april. bought a used mountain bike of craigslist so that when i head back i can supplement my workout on the trails with extra cardio and give me something to do since ill be out there by myself for about about 8 months.... hoping to come back at xmas minus some lbs and + some muscles and get me some fine ass christmas pusssy at the neigbherhood xmas party

lets all plan to start on march 1 ... im shooting for march 1 but it might be another week or two after that until my hand is fully healed and ready to "BRING IT"... im in the process of getting a pull up stand - since im almost certain that if i were to buy one of those door bars to do pull ups on id probably destroy the door jam... and i also need a yoga mat and yoga blocks >>> whatever those are for??

is this thing safe?? i never download these things cuz last time i fucked up my computer and had to get it wiped and reloaded. i started downloading it and it was trying to install that BABYLON shit and that stuff royally shit all over my OSX last time so i cancelled.

The problem with torrents is that there's companies who's job is to get on them and report back to the rights owner, who can then request your isp fuck with you or even sue.

Other problem is that they can be loaded with viruses like any other kind of download.

In this case, that is a trustworthy torrent. No viruses.

As for dealing with rights-holders, best not to download off brand new torrents or leaked material if your ISP takes those notices seriously. Most don't unless you get a ton of them.

Should always run encryption on whatever torrent software you use as well.

ehhh i think ill set this up on my old laptop just in case... still dont trust all them torrents

I'm starting to get back into this stuff too.

cutting soda and alcohol out or drastically reducing em will make an immediate impact. I've already lost pounds in the last couple weeks from doin just that.

its just about consistency imo, eating right isn't too hard, instead of a 4x4 with animal fries and a shake I go to a sub shop and get something or even grill up a chicken breast real quick and toss it on a salad or some buns for a chicken burger

hehe yeah its just little conscious choices like that that can make or break ya though. If you're really consistent with the working out and being active, you can totally get away with it once in a while, but if its your go to choice it just makes ya need to work out twice as much.

I got that flu that was going around about the same time I started cutting out liquor/sodas (minus a lil sip here or there) and I dropped 5 lbs of crap weight in a week.

I'm actually trying to gain about 20 more lbs and be around the 215/220 area and be a bit more cut. Hardgaining sucks.
