I had 4 going well too and then 3 went limp and were lagging, the fifth one never got past sprouting and stopped. The other one I have is on its 3rd leaf set and growing strong as hell. So I got atleast 1 I will get to grow out to the end. I hope for a female but if I get a male I will cross it with some Casey Queen I got running now that is not far behind. I also still got another pack of 5 to go through too.
Just a FYI if you guys have not seen the post from Koot he said he sent in 100 packs of fresh Swt #3 F2's to the bay and they should be avail sometime next week or so. So keep your grapefruit eyes peeled for those if you have been looking. Much love, light and grapefruity frosty for 2012

No according to Clarence they were "seconds" from old Breeder Steve stock that came out of Switzerland from the old SOL farm and many years old now like 9 years now I think give or take. Back in the day Steve sent a bunch of seconds to Gypsy to be handed out as freebies and it seems Clarence found a fat sack of them that was tucked away in the vault for a lucky day.
I will get some pics of mine. The two I thought were going to dud out on me seem to be turning around. They have funky looking growth but they are getting bigger. The one is kicking butt though and definitely want to let you guys check it out. I will get em up by tomorrow.

Well folks I am sad to say that after about a month or maybe more,the lil plants just,well stopped growin. I had high hopes. At least they were free right??? A months growth and only 3 inches tall tells me something. Pull em and use the space for something else.Much luck to the rest of ya.
Cool to find the thread! I got a 5 pak freebie and got 1 to germ and it looks healthy and vigorous. I am looking forward to growing this out. Looks like it would be cool to breed it if it's a male. I've got some nice stuff going atm including some ak47 (heard that might be a good cross). The little sprout is strong and full of promise.

Yeah 4/5 here...took a few days longer than most. First two up and at em, third was semi mutated and managed to come around so i kept it. The 4th one lagged way behind, was mutated, and culled. this was 45 days ago...they are sexed now and have 1 female and two males.
i am most excited about the male. Even before it showed sex i could smell it without touching it. it is the same for everyone i let smell it. they will first say sour....then grapefruit. one person exclaimed sour grapefruit with sage,citrus,ragweed/skunkweed. It is in my top 3 best males of 100. Reeks,tight nodes,strong branching without help,and reeks. still want to see how it fairs when it is rootbound. i am not interested in autoflower as i have had this issue in blubonic. Anyway i am crossing every female i have with this thing and am now going through the vault to find some killer genes too add. Wanted to add i am also running chinmera's gfxbb as well as SOFT420's sweet tooth#4ibl and am excited to see the differences in each. Thanks Gypsy. Thanks Breeder Steve. Totally rad.

by crossing the male with everything you do mean some pure SWT#3 beans also right?
keep the strain going, send some to the bay server fund so others can get these genetics...

GP73LPC You know it. I plan to make f2 and send them in for fund/freebees as well as the other crosses. I will say that it will be 2 months before i get to start that. So i dont imagine they will be at the bay for another 6 months i do look forward to other people doing the same and hopefully acquiring theirs to cross into some more. who knows. i will be placing the female into a bubblebucket and keep updating as she grows flowers in this thread. clones will be taken and then pollen flies on those clones. Chimera's and SOFT420's will be done within 2 weeks so that is hold up... be back in a few weeks

I've got 2 out of 5 above soil so far....
Soaked em overnight in warm water, then put them between paper towels in a ziploc on top of a seedling mat....
Got 2 tails in 24 hrs.... put those 2 in dirt.... they broke the surface within 24hrs
The other 3 never popped out tails.... i put them into dirt about 45 min ago
