yep... I would wait till after week 6 personally... but I start defoliating late.
i honestly can't imagine only 10% of my diet being fats. crazy ass bodybuilders! i like this stuff too much for that nonsense..
OK thanks guys I ONLY defoliated 1/2 the bottom row and the Abusive Dog and USD had to both be topped , their just fucking stretching like mutha's ..dyammmn that USD is flipping AMAZING...and I have a present for everyone in about 3-4 days....STAY TUNED FOR MORE!

Mega.....Back when folks first started strippin fan leaves off their plants several yrs ago , the rule of thumb from this cat nicked Jrosek was @ day 21 and again @ day 45 in bloomage and it worked for his strain cuz it was like a more indica dominant hybrid and stretch was over round 3 weeks in and it finished round 8 weeks , but he never said anything bout it stuntin plant growth if stretch wasn`t over yet , and I tried it on my clone only Chem D`s.....
Added 2 weeks to my finish time in 6 rooms runnin backta back and I dawgcussed that guy....took 12 weeks ta get the same yields I`d been gettin in 10 leavin em the fuck alone...but....
Then I started thinkin bout why it worked for him and fucked up my D`s and it dawned on me......
"Strain dependent" as in it`ll generally work for any strain/hybrid as long as yas dial yer shit and know when stretch is completely over and hormone changes in the plant`s are in full swellage mode.....then...
Strip them bitches out over a 3-5 day period to make sure it don`t stress em too much till they`re gone cuz the plant don`t make no more roots or foliage after end of stretch and ALL energy spent on leaf instead of nuggage is a waste and affects bottom line yields guaranteed........
Also makes trimmin a breeze if yas run hybrids with donkey dicks like I did instead of them fuckin golfball indica leafy ass veg forever no yieldin bushes.....aight.....

It is VERY eye opening and I kinda knew that Gravity was not the best thing but it really hardened up our buds noticeably, does anyone know a "organic" replacement that can possibly do something similar?

Gro-bro is pretty sick, he isn't even 30 yet but is having some troubling health challenges, and no health insurance, well we have this thing here called "Medi-Cruz" so he does have some covereage thank god but it is like ghetto health care. His name is Eli.
Please just send him some good vibes if you feel so inclined, he is my best friend and I ...well....I really care for him...I never had a brother, but he is as close to having a relative as I can have. (I was adopted so I never really knew who my family is). I'm pretty sure in the long run he will be OK but I'm just putting it out their for peeps who believe in something greater than themselves.

(In my best homer simpson voice) Mmmmmmm bubble. Looks good mega. Care to elaborate on your method? PGR's are bad news my man. Glad to see the knowledge is finally spreading, though I wish more people would look into what they are applying to their plants. I'm guilty of adding some less than healthy stuff to my plants, but I make an honest effort to avoid it if at all possible. Also do my research on the safest ways/times to apply. As far as an organic alternative, non that I know of at least in bottle form. However proper enviromental control, watering frequency, wpsf, and nute application will result in rock hard nugs everytime. Genetics are also part of the equation, but you've got that covered
