Out of all the ways that i could get busted for growing, having seeds sent to my house is at the absolute bottom of that list as far as i'm concerned. I know it's illegal, but i refuse to live in a state of constant fear and paranoia. The idea that the sheriff's swat team is going to break down my door in the middle of the night because some customs agent found 10 seeds in an envelope with my name on it is completely laughable. That being said, the seeds i order to my house aren't grown here.
But if you're worried that the feds are going to launch a multi-agency crackdown on your grow operation because your 2 packs of beans were intercepted, you are suffering from delusions of grandeur, period. 99% of the people on this site are so far under the radar its not even funny.

Really what he said and some of us only eat them anyways so I don't know what the hell anyone is all worried about here, we are talking about tasty crunchy little snackfoods here people! I mean they do present a choking hazard I suppose if you did not chew them well but if you just use your teeth then all should be good with no problemo.

i would just order around thanksgiving. you might not get your seeds when you want them but their will be so much mail going around, it will be like a needle in a hay stack.
i dont get a chance to eat any .

75 grams of seed is quite a bit, a freaking lot IMO. IF that's really the weight of seed you ordered, I'm not surprised they intercepted it.
And to think I damn near shit my pants with worry over ordering 40 seeds.
Im in Cali and got a order seized but it was 25 years ago.. Nothing ever came of it. I also got a order of Bezo seized from Canada. It said if I wanted to claim them I had to bring a doc prescription for them. If I did nothing they would be destroyed..
I am assuming the op is in a non med state, so there is a little reason for concern. I am in a med state and I can get clones all over the place, so ordering seeds is something that does not compute to a bust. Right?
If you are in a small town, non med state, then a little caution is advised. Or if your harvest is pounds of bud then maybe that too.

I have one plant in veg currently. One "mother" plant. That's it. The two in flower are almost harvested. I'm just gonna quit for a while. I believe in preparing for the worst. If I were busted with only two plants, what would be seized? Home? Computers? What? I don't live alone so I want to make sure non of my girls stuff gets involved. She is okay with the number I'm doing but I'm not so sure anymore

honestly dude... from what ive heard and seen im of the opinion that the customs agents arent gonna come down and check things out... nor are they going to treat it as a "lead" for feds or something of that nature... truth is, the FBI and feds have bigger things to worry about and bigger fish to fry that to take the time to follow the 5-10 seeds u ordered to u... only to waste the time to possibly find a guy with a few plants.. the bust wouldnt even justify the amount of money spent on the means of getting to u and setting up surveillance not to mention man power
however i could def see them going after like 100s of seeds from either multiple orders(at once) or in one order... but again.... who knows..
i do know that the LEO of the country from local to GOV agencies have never had such a small budget to work with and its dwindling... not to mention, customs, FBI, CIA, may still do high end drug stuff(if they do its very little, like going after kingpins only) but they have counter terrorism to now worry about and work... the war on drugs kinda got pushed to the side as far as priority numero uno...
now im not saying to be careful dude... honestly in the end u must do wat u think is best were jst here to try n give ya some advice... but in my opinion i dnt think theyre gonna do shit, and if i were in ur position would jst not tear anything down... now if the cops do come(or some kinda cop/LEO)DONT OpEN THE DOOR.... u are not home.... if somehow he saw u, u were asleep.... do not acknowledge them dnt let them know anyone is there... they WILL leave a card and be expecting a call from u... at that point u culd rip it down still and be fine, but honestly, id wait to tlk to them, see wat its about, and if it was indeed about marijuana and seeds and CONSpIRACY TO GROW then say ur house sitter came by and saw the card and gave u the number, and atm ur outta town and wont be back for a few days(hell probably try and set up a time for u to come in and tlk to him as soon as u get back, which is fine jst set it) and then id make sure there were NO cops or ANYONE watching my premise, and AS SOON as the coast was clear id discretely get rid of a trash bag with everything incriminating in it(cut the plants up) and id put it in a trash can or dumpster(preferably a dumpster) FAR away from my house(go on foot tho, no drivin with all that if ur gettin rid of it, and try to stay as unseen as possible)
jst my 2 cents on how id go about doing it so i didnt have to tear everything down right now, for a potential situation that probably wont happen...
but it culd, so make ur decision wisely.

Back in the day there was sparodic orders that got nabbed.They dont have the time to follow up on all these.Ive never heard in all the years ive been purchasing through the Bay n the Boo about anyone getting busted for seeds.Like was said,as long as you dont order to your house where your growing,it will be ok.I mean,i havent heard of many seeds getting nabbed in all the years ive been ordering(7),but the ones that have,kept on rockin with no problem.Youll be alright,but it seems youve already made up your mind to quit.Peace and Stay Safe,DancesWithWeed.
