You're going to be a busy young man lol. Take care speed

Lol Hey Warped my friend, hope all is well with you and yours :)
This is the reason why I own a Trimpro, cost me just under 1k but saves me eye strain and loads of work lol not forgetting timeI can go through 6 plants in 2 hours once larger fan leaves removed. I am happy with the end product as long as I rub the buds up and down the grill gently pressing I get good results, and all the trim is collected mostly in the bag below, but realistically all over the fooking bedroom walls and carpet etc lol as cannot really do it outside like you see on utube :( as might raise a bit of suspision lol  Take care mate and grow safe :tiphat::ying:

Well after downloading a graph today when the dehumidifier was running full whack it shows that humidity in this room still reaches 78% rh but luckily not for long before lights on. I can only put this down to the autopots constantly having 2cm of water in the base, as the room has just plants, lights and fans in, the reservoir is in the loft and gravity fed. If I turn the extraction up via sms control to 40% I will have the missus moaning at me about the hum from the fan lol so I am phucked on the humidity thing :( I just hope that with the dehumidifier running full whack like it is now it will be enough to stop bud rot :(

I find leaving the extractor plus oscillating fans going during lights out stops bud rot.

Shhh: You will not look back once you get one very useful for dialling in your rooms :)

Scrogerman: Thanks for the kind words my friend :) Its going well.
The data logger is an EL-USB-2 which is a great little bit of kit as you can set it to take temp, humidity reads every second, minute 5 minutes etc for anywhere between 24 hours and 2 years of constant measuring, plug it into a usb port on a 32 or 64 bit pc running windows xp and it comes up in graph formation which I will post a pic soon. It cost about £50 only.
The program can be found here for the pc for windows 7 and 64 bit:

http://www.lascarelectronics.com/temperaturedatalogger.php?datalogger=102

The data logger will need to be bought separately there is one here for under £50

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LASCAR-US...uipment_ET&hash=item1c1e7dfdc8#ht_3152wt_1135

You just put the usb logger into a usb port on your pc click on the EL programme you down loaded, then you have 3 options to stop the data logger and download data, view previously saved data or stop data logger and transfer data. Its so easy to do :)

The usb thing is all in cased so you just leave it in the grow room at the place you want to measure, I use the canopy level under lights, then collect it after time period plug in to usb socket and download data. The hardest part comes after, buying new upgraded shit to deal with the problems you have found lol and set up the things on timers to deal with them.

Copied and pasted:

Product Description

The Lascar EL-USB-2 data logger can record up to 16,382 relative humidity and 16,382 temperature readings over the range of 0 to 100% RH and between –35°C to +80°C. Using the included, purpose designed software the collected data can be easily downloaded, via USB, and then analysed via graphs, printed or exported. The data logger may also be set up via the software, which will allow the user to set the logger name, unit of measurement, measurement rate, high and low alarms, start data and time. The unit and software combination is ideal for use in a wide range of environmental and process monitoring applications, both indoor and outdoor and is especially suitable for unattended monitoring.

Of course a mozzy net!! mate your a fooking star thats it :) Just for that I will go and take some pics for you lol, back soon :)

Ok just come back from checking data logger and taking pics of SCROG.
I am getting there with the humidity as per the graph, it peaks at 64% rh but only for a couple of minutes :) I left the fan on over night and set the dehumidifier to dry, I will set the 5" extractor on 40% and leave the fan and dehumidifier the way it is, I should get in the 40s/50s rh then.
Here are the pics first the graph and then SCROG you can see I have humidity at only 48% rh without much effort, but have noticed pots dry out quicker, which is why I think I am struggling with the autopot room humidity as they never dry out. :)

Can only say what a great job youve done there man, your a natural Scroger! k+ Nice pics!

not sure if it would help or hinder, but i thought some 'weed guard fabric' placed over the top of the media, might possibly do the trick & stop it drying out so quick? worth a thought. i'd use the fabric over plastic as it breathable/porous etc.
think im missing your point here though, too many beers last night.

Ive never played with Autopots, but been tempted to give em a whirl, i'll get round to it one of these days.

Yeah SOG is cool, its just plant numbers that puts me off. V-Scrog & Vert tree growing in general has my attention. If i was a SOG grower id be looking at Stadium, very tempting.

G'Luck with the finish mate!

Fair play mate, I think I have to agree with scrogger's observation... Your a ntaural mate, I was pretty blown away by the last set of pics but I can get a better grasp on how many heads you managed to get up through the screen in these ones.

Also I see too many scrogs with 3" buds sticking through the screen where stretch has been shite or trained away.

That data logger is getting bought asap, I like that thing a lot and been meaning to pick one up for a while. Damn it's cheap too aye, cheers for the info and link.

How long are those cola's in development then, seem to be just the right height from pics.
