Pease keep a super close eye on them lovely ladies.

All your efforts have done is to remove / wash off all visible spores. You have done nothing to really stop them from growing back.

Well you did temporarily by adding ph up but by adding the dehu to to ensure you didnt mould means that that phd up water was evaporated off and within a couple of nights of plants perspiring you will have the leaf back to normal balanced ph and the pm will be resurfacing.

One of my worst outbreaks was in a room where I lowered the rh to around 25 %. So low rh doesn't always mean a hinderence to pm. It just help stop it taking hold in the first place.

I need some help with my first scrog from the pros. I have a 1 metre budbox with yieldshelf fitted. In there are 5 plants. Vegged for a couple of months and topped a good few times.

Started flowering on Dec 4th. They have stretched up so that some of the top shoots are above the shelf now. Do i bend these under?

The thing i am noticing with this grow, is as i vegged so long and topped so many times. The plants have an allmost perfect canopy without the shelf even there. So if they carry on like this and grow at the same height until they stop stretching, i was thinking it would be better to remove the scrog and let them grow tree/bush style.

What do other people think? I also think 5 plants in my space is too manyt for a scrog, Not enough room to stretch all branches out.

Alos, when do people start cutting of the growth underneath the scrog that gets no light. All mine is green at the mo anbd looking lovely. Going to switch over to the 600watt for the rest of flowering.

Hey Solid,
Do you have any pics mate? Its hard to advice you without seeing the mesh and the coverage you have. But if you are getting an even canopy and lots of shoots then raise the mesh and use it to support the big fat colas :)

I cut away all my under growth after week 3 of flower when I have taken all the cuts I need and they have all rooted, as once the underneath is trimmed no more cuttings. It also attracts mould under their and powdery mildew if left for to long. I have read its best to spread the removal of the lower branches that are not going to make it to the mesh, and the leaves etc over a few days, but I have done it all at once and over days and noticed no difference, so for me its easier to do all at once. :tiphat::ying::ying:

sound like bushes to me solid, yeah lets have a peep man. topped so many times, usually not a good idea for a typical scrog id say. pruning gets outta control. be great in a vert with the right veg time & right maintenance. nothing wrong with a big bush in the right grow/plant etc. i find one FIM/top is more than ample, simple lst has same/similar effect as topping & less hassle.
