As far as the text of this initiative - I think it's goddamn gorgeous. Prop 19 was that girl that's pretty when your drunk, full of uncertainty and dark 'gray' areas. This has everything I had hoped would of been included in Prop 19 and much more.
- Exempts MMJ Patients
- Declares no more eradication efforts
- Much more fair and realistic punishments
- Much more realistic plant / dried weight limits (although I don't agree with limits at all, considering their are none in place pertaining tobacco or alcohol, I believe this is the most laxed we'll see legal limits get)

You can still drive high..when you are driving high, usually you are driving pretty slow and safe so you probably wont get pulled over.
The only time i got pulled over high was for a busted tail light at 5am in the morning..smelled the weed that I just smoked and I gave him my pipe and a little baggie of weed... then he searched the car ( and the cop didnt find the 2 oz in my car in practically clear view ) I lucked out there but the point is I was high as hell, he gave me a ticket for the tail light not a DUI (tho he did threaten it because I wasnt taking him seriously) but I knew he wouldnt (cuase I wasnt being unsafe) and DUIs are a kinda a bitch worth of paperwork, incarceration and whatnot

Im confused. If you are under the influence of any drug that impairs your ability you should be incarcerated. If you put me or my family in harms way I dont want you on the road. I take Morphine daily I dont drive for at least 6hrs. Most of the time I dont drive. I know if I was to get pulled over I could pass a check. Everyone knows if there to high to drive weather you want to admit it or not.

There is a limit to the amount of beer an individual can brew at home, and spirits are still not legal to do at home. Look it up. I think it is 100 gallons per individual or some such. In Alabama and some other states they still have not made it officially legal. There are home brew stores there...
