maybe that date molasses will be good :D you better jsut make tests and see how it goes. read first to make sure there is no strange aditives. no thickeners or such, nor preservatives is a good idea in general.

peace

0.1-0.5-0.25 & its 0.75% Humic.

I keep asking myself, how much was this bottle of water?

(950mL/Qt bottle)(1 US quart = 946.35295mL)
(So this product is 1.0038 g/mL. Pure water is 1.00 g/mL)

That "Bottle of water" is actually pretty potent stuff. It runs at about 800ppm, and is well worth the 15$ i spend on it every 2 months. Try it before you knock it, just cause your not sure what it is doesnt mean it's a bad thing! Peace all, Stagger

You can argue its effect, i have never used the product and have no opinion as to its effectiveness, but potent it is not. @ 1.0038g/mL it is potent water. Its a big heavy bottle, thats expensive to ship, could probably be formulated to 10X or more strength, and should be at least 4X.

FWIW every listed ingredient is available in Liquid Karma, Thrive Alive, etc etc, except for Quillaja extract, im not sure on that one. Technaflora Liquid Humus is 15% humic from lenardite, most products fall within 8-4%, this product is 0.75%. There can't be much molasses either (We are talking about thousandths of g/mL over pure water).

Ive been reading this thread for a while now, and i looked at the picture about 10 times before i finally had to post. Ive never used the product, i hope it works well, but thats the kind of stuff i look at when i compare labels at my 'garden center', and those percentages turn me off.

It's actually very thick with a very sweet smell, i would use other products but this is local, made in my town and i get it directly from the first store it's supplied to. Always fresh, i've always used it in bloom and veg, and i understand what your saying about the low numbers, but i'm tellin your this shit smells like you should put it in your coffee. Always appreciate corrective criticism, but if you ever have a chance use this product for one cycle and i guarentee you will not be dissapointed by the extra energy, and increased microbial action, and complex flavors and smells, let alone increased yields! Peace ShroomDR.! Stagger

Again, i have ZERO experience with this product, but if its 'very thick' I'd bet the label is incorrect.

Liquid Karma's label said at one point (i dont know if they have corrected it), that it was lighter than water (950g/960mL = 0.98958 g/mL).

It amazes me how much the placebo effect takes place with pot growers.
I always find the "makes buds much bigger and better" comments to be especially amusing.
Compared to what...what you think, or remember? Please...

FWIW...Oil is thick as heck. Grease even thicker. Both are far lighter than water.
Physics and truth most always trumps the perceptions of the less than educated.

Yeah that's what I have been questioning myself for a long time xD

Did you notice, in the title of this thread "side by side comparison." ?

Hazy Lady had it spot on, you need to do side by side tests, or your results mean nothing.

Don't wanna be rude or something, are the test results in? Don't have the time to read 50 pages right now.
Thanks for the test anyway, Hazylady!

I'm running bio-boost on half my plants this round..

very close I think. I have to weight the phenos as I did 2 each strain over 5 different strains. sso one got boost and the other didn't. I thought this to be a very good real world test spread over 5 different phenos to see if boost actually does anything..

the thing i think is very visible is earlier maturing. the ones with boost have more red hairs already, haven't looked with a microscope.. and the seem to be a little smaller in size as it might have stunted there vertical growth a little..

more info later on size, smell, harvest time, and overall impression

been using Gmas unsulphured for a long time.. smart n final has it if your in the US like 17 bucks for a gallon... works great n makes EM SWEET TASTING!! I TRIED TO OVER DO IT WITH MOLASSES LAST CROP AND THEY absolutely LOVED IT PUT A WHOLE CUP OF MOLASSES PER GALLON *EVERY FEEDING*.... SWEETEST TASTING BUDS FROM SOME CRAPPY PLANTS...from a heavy smoker its eventually about the TASTE!! try it with one plant just LOTS OF MOLASSES!!!
IM IN 2.5 GAL POTS WITH OrchardSupply BRAND ROSE MIX SOIL.. i dont do hydro so dont flame me, now i just dump about a cup of molasses every couple weeks at the base stem and drip water with my 55 gal gravity feed.. with FF nutes works great, K.I.S.S.
icmag YOU rock... soo much information here... a real weath of knowledge

I use both Molasses and Maple Syrup for natural sugars, there are micro's in the Syrup that I don't believe the Molasses has. If you think the molasses made your plants sweeter work the pure maple syrup into your regiment too and taste that. Its a bit pricier but $20 qt really isn't bad compared to some nutrient solutions on the market.

I've seen too much molasses cause lockout issues, at least we're pretty sure it was the molasses, he was giving them 2 tablespoons per gallon every watering and feeding, he cut it down to molasses every other watering and eventually feeding every watering but molasses every other time with good results.

Good shit Habeeb, keep us posted on that as I'm interested to hear your findings.

It should be noted that canna's boost can be foliar feed up til week 4 of bloom which makes it a whole lot cheaper to use than adding it to the rez.... after this point naturally you add it to the rez ;)
