lol pretty much true. i live in a medical state, and i think an even better way to find the ultra elite stuff is the find a super elite strain. buy a bunch of seed stock of another keeper. open pollinate the elite cutting with all the best males. then start growing out the 100s if not 1000s of seeds you have. you'll find something granted it's not super hermie prone.
I keep needing to make a trip and pick up some Shoreline, a buddy of mines family has been growin it for years, I've never had the luxury.

Or you could just do what Riot Seeds did
1: Get gifted seeds from breeders under the pretence they're for medical patients.
2: Cross the strain back to itself,rename it as your own work.
3: Package 6 beans per pack
4: Set price at $200
5:Use other breeders photos to represent thier work.
6: Go into the witness protection program.

I did a breeding project this winter with between 50-60 crosses. Most are Hazes, Sativas etc. I did have a Headband and a LA confidential involved as well. They were crossed with Mango Haze, Nevilles Haze, Oaxacan, etc.
According to my buddy Neville (who instigated my project), Your male is going to pass on most of the dominant genes. Thats the one You want to be your best.
Neville doesnt make female seeds, but I do from time to time.
If You are serious in your quest, seek out an elite clone of the best quality that you love. Flip that clone during bud with the method of your choice. I use Colloidal Silver.
Now find another exotic plant. Something thats tried and true.
For instance, Say You have a plant that makes dynamite strawberry flavored buds. You find the real Headband clone, Spray one branch of the Headband plant with Colloidal Silver. That branch will make bananas and pollen. Put it with your other plant, and You will have standard Strawberry Headband seeds on the strawberry plant, and Female selfed Headband seeds on the Headband plant.

is that related to Gamedog cut? theres a cut of backcrossed OG floating around the 707 called "gamedog" it comes out real frosty......anybody heard of this?

that cut is FAR from hoarded. I absolutely lovveeee my cut of Sour D, on day 69 right now and its glistening like a diamond.

iv tryed a few sour d hybrids and but nothing like that ecsd iv burned in nyc or the uptown haze(piff) if u can get your hands on these original cuts. your a lucky man my friend. iv spent lots of money on genetics i have not been the most happy with. the only strains iv held on to is a local sativa cut, white russian from serious, and Chemdog x Sour D from rez witch is amazing but i need that pure shit in my life. the wait is killing me. haha my time will come im hoping.

The real West coast Sour Diesel is a pheno to be reckoned with.
Problem is, it has a long flower season, and isnt as dense as the OG or LA Conf. The real clone has the power to drop you with a bong hit.
