LOL i can't believe i wasted so much time reading this thread... no conclusion!
awesome results! the coco plants look waaaaay better.
ever though of using defoliation? I bet it would help you out a bunch..
anyways, thanks for doing this side to side!
I take issue with this:
"The SS#4 really had nothing though compared to the coco . It also had some browning from being pushed up against the wall ."
and your talk of the coco overgrowing the other plant, it sounds like you had the SS mix plant crowded out of the light, 'pushed up against the wall" how can you do an accurate comparison like that? They would both need to have equal light distribution to be fair and from what I read it sounded like it didnt get that.
OK my bad but i did read everything. I even saw all the pics you posted in comparison I forgot what page it was on but you posted 2 pictures of the SS mix plant, and 10+ pictures of the coco and I thought that was a little biased too, when from those pictures the difference seemed hardly noticeable, the SS plant just got no love
I am trying to go coco soon anyhow, i am here to learn, not judge, sorry
...ANyway the coco had a lot more stretch then I expected . So much so the coco totally dominated the area . This caused the SS#4 to get shaded ...It also had some browning from being pushed up against the wall ...
