a picture says 1000 words but with the little info you gave

PH was on

veg was real slow

lights too close

too many bloom products

no day time temp listed

improperly matched exhaust and intake but lets assume there is acceptable air exchange

mmmm im gonna guess you locked the rock wool up by overfeeding/over watering since environmental seems acceptable

have you measured the ppm or ph of your runoff, thats where i would look first

im also curious of what footprint you arrange the plants under those lights, if i were using 4 inch cubes id have a higher plant density if i wasnt using slabs or ebb and flow OR i would be using at least 6" rock wool cubes with that plant count 12/1000w

pics would be nice. how big is the grow room, how strong was the nute mix, did you run into any problems bugs or anything like that. did you ever grow this cut before, did you let them run there full cycle, do you know how long there life span is supposed to be.

hope it was at least some killer bud for what you got.

4x4 rockwool

This means a tiny root system. Tiny roots mean tiny plants. Use bigger blocks and/or place all on slabs to allow for root growth. That or go straight to 12/12 and harvest more often. A month of veg in a 4x4 cube is wasted time.

Keep the GH Micro and Bloom (brown and pink bottles) Lose everything else. Poor things are probably getting fried.

just bought some 6x4 rockwools and lift lights from 16 inches to 24 inches.

the room is 16ft by 10ft and 7ft in height.

the amount i use for g/h is exactly like the feeding chart
floralicious i use 25ml for every 5 gals of water

big bud i use 7 grams per 5 gal for 1st-4th week
kool bloom- 7 grams per 5 gal for 5th-7th week
and just water for 8th week

once a day for 8 second. shouldnt be overfeed right? but i will def check the day time temp...

the room is 16ft by 10ft by 7ft high. this is my first run on this strain and it should be a 8 week strain but i gave it a extra 2 weeks

PICS...your description isnt very good....my buddy gets 1lb per 1k with only 9 plants per light. each in 2 gallon pots, i told him to go bigger but hes stubborn.

i run 15 plants in 3 gallons per 1k light and my next OG kush harvest is looking to be bountiful..at least 1.5 per light. i also have another light with 5 fifteen gallons that yield is looking like less yield....

i agree. this is probably the biggest factor in the low yeild. a 1 month veg in rockwool should be bigger than 12" but im thinking your root system hasn't grown much thats why your plants haven't grown....and it won't with just 4*4s.

if your going to do 12/1000w, stick those 4*4s on some hugo 6*6s and put a mat underneath it all like coco or bud blanket... or you could forget the hugos and just treat the cubes like stabilizers to just hold the plant upright. the key things is the root system. cover up the bottom and let the roots spread.

roots = fruits.
