SmokeyTheGrower checking in,been lurking this thread for a while. I moved to a med state a while back,my roots stretched across the county but are still planted deep in the ground in the North East. Guess this is where the illest growers be. I'm known for growing weed up in this bitch and fucking shit up.
Some nice genetics ya'll got. Keep on killin it. I'll throw up some pics soon.

Soma lavender

Soma lavender

Heres a cut that traveled a few thousand miles to get here. Soma's lavender. She can get real lanky an needs support, or sometimes she grows more squat. but whens shes squat she doesnt produce the trich coverage like the lanky version of her.

Just an example, I can have 10 cuts from the same mom. 7 can grow lanky, then 3 can grow short an compacted like a ecsd or so. One of the weirdest things. still unsure why she'll do that. Not a cut i like to monocrop. beautiful plant none the less.

Absolutely stunning shots GMan...she must be CRAZY lanky if she makes the Sour look like a compact plant lol...

Here's the "Charlie" pheno that looks to be winning the race. Trichs all the way out to the tips of the fans...Lemon!

Nice Lavender plant Gman. Beautiful bro. The lavender or the Grape Ape are usually some of the first buds I smoke up when visiting Cali. I really dig the purple grape-lavender incense tastes/smells of those plants.

I hope to get something like that in the garden soon... Those varieties just hit my area commercially here, and people are selling those dense round purple nuggets for 4-450 per oz.

All that winter work is paying off big time, everyone! :jump:

It'll be til the end of the month before I start cutting anything, but we're getting there!

Just flipped my rm. of Straw Dog's and Deep Chunk's.

The Dawg's are lanky and branchy, the DC's are stout bio-mass monsters. Should be a great fight for the light! :dueling:

These DC leaves are ridiculous! See where the tip of my fingers are?
Bitch is as wide as my wrist and 3" down it.

vampire needs blood

vampire needs blood

my perpetual harvest hit a dry spell a few weeks ago and i'm dying to kill something! my sour snobbery kept me from throwing some fat 50 day indica into flower end of dec.

there was a fella in chaco ecsd thread pullin the sours at 60 and i was bit rough on him, and his preferences. this is his revenge i suppose, but im goin the distance!

HL, that leaf is unreal... seriously. you should like find someway to preserve that, like with spray polyurethane or something, not sure if poly would even work. DC, deep chunk?? but non the less, that leaf is amazing.....

CHACO, haze town huh? :) I don't know if I could live there but visiting often sure sounds nice!

HL, digging what you've got going on! Those DC leaves are silly. I just grabbed another pack of the DC x Haze f2's. Saw some still hanging around seedbay and had to do it. While I was there I grabbed some more Blue Sat's. After seeing your recent posts, I think I need to add some X18 too.

Hi Nor easters, local grower here to give respect to everyone posting the amazing pic's.and ask a couple questions.

Anyone ever use the doktordoom for mites? I just got the spray and I'm going to hold off on the spraying till after I get the 5.5 oz foggers.should be tommorrow.Any way I got a veg room that has a few mites, not so bad there. and a flower room that is infested.I have 2 plants in there at about 25 days.1 late in flower and 1 mid way about 35 days. It's a 4 x 8 tent inside a dummy wall I built in my room.I plan on using 1 fogger behind the wall.and 1 in my room. 1 in the veg room then 1 more in the hall between veg room and my/flower room. Now the fogger is geared to use in larger rooms at this size so it will be about twice the recomended doseage.Ill just spend the night in a hotel.Once I return Ill start regular twice a week sprays, once with the doom and once with organicide.Ill also replace the no pest strips with fresh ones 1 veg and 2 in flower. As well as a good cleaning of the hoods, ducting etc.and a good sweep and vacume before I fog.If all gose as planed I'll be mite free by next week for the 1st time in months and Ill be back to taking lots of pics and popping some nice beans I've been sitting on...Good to be back in the homethread here and I gotta keep a low profile to prevent banishment.Hope your all well & the pic's all look great.

Herb, I'm going to have to answer your question. No that fogger will not work.I tried the same exact unit and the mites were as happy as ever the next day, it did drive the silverfish out of one room and into the next....Buy a couple oz of floramite on e-bay or use Capt Jacks Deadbug, they both work, one's organic the other , well, it's not but kill mites it will.Best of luck I know the horror....:)

I wanted to get the floramite but all they had was 1 size jug at 400 bucks.Im sorry but thats just rape.I had read many alternating reports saying it didnt do enough (doom) so I decided to buy 6 of them, its kinda become a math equation.looking at it like this I bought enough fog to cover 1000 square feet while Im only treating about 350 square feet. It's basicly 2.5 x the normal or safe dosage.I dont see how they could survive that.Im not counting on the veg plants surviving, let alone a mite. Then in the event a few get through it (they allways do) the spray which is 20% of the active ingredient whereas most brands are about 5 % should do the trick.Mix that up with neem/ organicide. maybe some lavander here and there. And Im counting on a mite free enviroment.Dont know how well my logic will play out it real time but it looks sound on paper.heres hoping.
cheers to being the 5000th post on this completly awesome thread
