Gaga was writing songs for other people before she hit it big. Her pop hits are over the top but her work is fairly diverse and she's a talented artist. I prefer the stuff that is just her and the piano without any editing. She has a strong head and good business sense and she could do a lot to change people's perceptions about lazy stoners.
