Don't worry "Yes people". The wheels of change are still moving. The movement is in the mainstream more than ever. It's just a matter of time. "The movement" was also split on this issue. We simply need an initiative we can all get behind. It will happen. I give it less than 5 years until Cali legalizes it. We don't have to settle for a restrictive bill. There is a clean slate now.
Regardless of whether the Feds come in and knock it down, we will simply continue to overgrow them. It's literally happening now. There are more gardens spotted in our Nat'l forests than LEO has time to eradicate. (pretty fucked up!) They tried to suppress 215. I'd say mmj is as strong as ever and only moving forward. The prohibitionist will always lose.

For all the Yes voters, excuse my ignorance, but why a Proposition? Why not elect officials that will get you what you want via legistlation?
Perhaps some Californians should start to realize that they live in a State, not their own planet, and things they do can and will have a countrywide impact, if not global. There are a lot of kind people in Cali, but there are lot more self absorbed narcissistic mutherfuckers, and until that changes looks like the rest of us need to pick up the slack....
It's not LEO we have to worry about. It's pot growers.
They are the enemy within.

There are many reasons why to vote no. Stop being haters! I first wanted to vote no because it does nothing to the Controlled Substance Act and will not get Eddy Lepp and all the other freedom fighters out of jail! I voted yes because I was tired of all the government propaganda!
