First I want to thank everyone for the soild advice through my first journey. :tiphat: :ying:

Hello everyone
wave.gif
Second time around and unfortunatly growing a variety of strains. Next seed bank go around I plan to go with single strain adventures. :joint: I had to take down the side T5 lighting to drop the temps down a couple degrees. The last local was terrible to control...temps in the upper 80's low 90's during lights on and rh uncontrolable and defitinly too high. With the new spot I can raise/lower rh to desired level but temps hold steady at 83. I have seen a lot of diffrent opinions regarding temps and althouth I prefer 70-80, I think 83 will work out fine.

Thanks for stopping through Unc! I am confident this time will run smoother. With the added dehumid I can get room rh anywhere from 70% to 32%. The only issue I have is trying to run the 800W in a 4x4 tent. With guns blazin' I am hitting 83 for a max, and that is when I remove the T5's from the side. I'm thinking once the beginning of the year comes around I am going to invest in a couple LED's and drop down to 400W of HID. Oh I'm also going to get my DG gear then too! :dance013: puff puff pass :joint: :ying:

Thanks Unc, I will check them out. I'm lookin for something that can hang vertically while I keep the HID reflector in the middle...

So little update and a couple quandries... Things seem to be moving right along. Sharksbreath is the runt for sure and I wonder if its really doing much of anything, although I am seeing the start of root growth out of the bottom of her Dixie.

First question, should I transplant now or wait for more root growth showing out of the bottom? At day 8~24/0, all my ladies are showing root growth out of the bottom of the cup.

Second question, when can I fire up the HID's? I belive with my first grow around they were 2w old before I switched over.

Any advice appericated as always! :tiphat: I also like to take thousands of pics ;) so here is day 8~24/0!

Blue Cheese - 8d~24/0. I liked this strain so much I decided to pop my other bean.

Blue Venom - 8d~24/0. Found her with more root exposed than I would like, it was crooked as well. I gently packed some soil around her, hopefully will do the trick.

Lemon Skunk - 8d~24/0. Lookin a bit mishapen due to the two long leaves. I have high hopes for this lady! ;)

Sharksbreath - 8d~24/0. I don't know whats up with this one. It is growing super slow. I did notice a root poking out of the bottom of her Dixie, so there is growth. Crappy growth!! The shell is stuck to the base of the plant, I wonder is this is impeding its glory. I may try to remove it tommrow if it is still attatched. I also think the new grow looks mutated. If this one makes it I am going to name her Sloth.

Red Diesel - 8d~24/0. I think this baby is the coolest so far. The newest growth is a dark purplish color which turns green as the leaf grows! I am easily amused. :whee:

Thanks for checking the thread Killerweed  I can't wait to see how the BC turns out this time around. I had to chop her early last run and she still blew my brains out, so she should be chock full o' goodness when she is brought to term. I will stop through and check out your Red Cherry Berry. :joint:

Hey JC  Thanks for stopping through and the good words! Whatever rh the black nastyness grows at, I plan to have mine lower! With the dehumid in the room it shant be a problem. :dance013:

I think the Sharksbreath is dead in the water... I'm not sure if the soil was too hot or if it was just bad genetics. Although I have not grown a lot of strains out, none of my other babes have any trouble. Unfortunatly the genetics came from "those" guys :( I will get some pics up on the weekly update.

Planning to transplant into 2gal pots in a couple of days. I'm really looking forward to this adventure, having 5gal pots and doing a couple transplants should produce taller ladies and more of the good-good! :greenstars:

Well I figured since I let the first run go into flower while basically rootbound, I should give the ladies some room and fresh soil for flower. So the plan is to move from the 2gal to the 5gal, veg for another week or so then move gradually into 12/12. puff-puff pass bro-seph :joint: :ying:

I meant what I said, Have fun with that. 5 gals are going to make it so you can veg longer and get much larger plants, hence more nug. :joint:

Hello everyone  Little question for anyone willing to give some advice...

Blue Cheese is yellowing significantly, the cotydolyns (sp) are still green and the soil defitinly has some nutes in it from the start. I transplanted 2 days ago, today I am seeing this. The pots were light and the "finger" test said its time to water. This is their second water since transplanted to the new soil 2 days ago. I plan to start feeding when they get thirsty again.

Blue Cheese - 14d~24/0 T5's only: The newer growth feels soft and velvety, the first true set with the yellow splotching is brittle and not so soft and velvety  I do remember BC being real nute "hungry", is it possible she just wants me to feed her?...Seymore??
