ok, now everyone has probably heard me talk about how you can let veggies go to wilt before watering and they'll be fine. (of course you want to water before they actually wilt, but the point is overwatering is far more dangerous than underwatering.) here are some pics. these are the only four clones of my viper x trainwreck pheno i drove across multiple states with, after being apart from her for over a year. (you'll note i have some viper trainwrecks in bloom right now. how could that be, if this was the same clone blah blah? because the ones i currently have going are from different seeds.. though still the same parents. the one i brought back is a much better pheno on all fronts.)

i wasn't even worried when i saw them. lol

i'm tellin ya. you can let em go to wilt before watering, and they're fine. so if you are having problems in any way please make sure you are not overwatering first. someone would have told me that a few years ago it would have saved me a lot of hassle lol

plus it makes the little roots go out searching and searching for water. here's a root shot:

thanks viper, yea, i got some really good yield out of this setup and the new strain im running. went from a little 400 watter in my closet for a couple of years, and upgraded to this. but heres a pic of my last run right before i threw them into flower. i forgot to empty out dehumidifier before i went to sleep, and there was some condensation on the walls, but other than that, things were looking really good then. cant wait to see how your grow pans out.

hi everyone, picture time!

clones are coming along fabulously. i'm telling you, if ya ever had troubles with cloning (or anything less than a 90% success rate), this is the easiest, most economic, and most reliable method ever.

here are some pics of my old vipertrainwreck mama now in bloom -- this was one of the "so-so" phenos. The pheno now in veg blows it away.

she's right at week 6. will go longer on the other mamma's, but gonna start the flush on this one tomorrow. gotta get some cash in the bank and some herb in my jar.

Awesome grow and I sincerely did enjoy your pics and gave rep early. Then it was an overload of you and your posts and pics.. I forgot who's posting it was.. Just glad that when I saw the reason for your mad posting and that it was originally your thread and not hi=jacked because I was afraid that I wouldn't quite agree with a hi-jack to get to 50.

ok down to take the mama's to chop-chop-choppyville! dried a sample branch of the viper trainwreck over the weekend and it is super killer. only at week 7, but i need the smoke and a quick bit of cash. the main crop (other 30ish plants) will be going a full 9-10 weeks.

nice grow man...im gonna be setting up dual 600s soon interesting to see how yours turns out. how much you usually pull from those 2 600s.

also whats your veg regimen. how long do you veg them and do you top/supercrop etc and when/where.

looks like your going with 2 gallon pots and higher plant numbers. im gonna go for less numbers (around 12) in 10-15 gallon pots with a damn near 2 month veg lol. anxious to see how yours turns out!

hiya friend, my bags are 2 gallon right now but i've used 3 and 5 with success in past. just wanted to try the smaller containers = more plants. liking it so far, but will know for sure after harvest. thanks for the post do so any time!

yes4propr: hello there, this is the first time i've done a run with the entire room like this.. usually had perpetual set up so was harvesting around half that or less. i'm expecting around 2 lbs this run, but will not be surprised if more like 1 and half or even less. just never know. but they are looking pretty good so i'm cautiously optimistic. believe it or not, these guys were veg'd just 3 weeks. maybe a little over. there was a hell of a difference in size between the four different strains, well the two hazes pretty much stayed together. anyway, i'm using 2 gallon bags now with every square inch of floor space covered by bags. working pretty well, though a lot more work. lol 15 gallon containers with 3 month veg -- that should be huge!! nice

here are the mama's i just took down last night. would have been much better going a couple more weeks but they are ready and i need smoke! good sign of things to come, for sure.

right on mate -- i would recommend more bags and smaller veg time, honestly. but it increases any negative security repercussions... not sure if that's an issue for you but definitely something to consider if so. most states go by plant number, not square footage, when it comes to levels of criminality (even medical states usually use plant numbers as limits). also it is a shitload more work to have bags covering every inch of the floor. your frequency of watering will increase dramatically, because you have more containers and they are smaller and have more surface area so it all dries out faster. all in all it is worth it, but for sure consider their is a directly proportionate relationship between work-input and bud-output. good luck kick some arse and post a pic here once in a while if ya want. :friends:

yup. doesn't make sense to me. consider the opposite.. standing in front of a judge after getting busted with 3 seven-foot tall plants. Yes, your honor, the amount of marijuana was close to 10 lbs, but i only had three plants. lol oh well.

i've heard it is better to do 3 400's than 2 600's. better footprint coverage for sure. i would love to do an expieriment of putting a 150 directly over each plant, about 20 plants. that would be fun.

k gotta go to work. btw that bubba last night... i hit it, then woke up hours later in the exact same position. strong stuff.
