If I have a CO MM card and also have a caregiver, can I still grow my 3 flowering plants and 3 vegging ones in addition to the ones my caregiver grows for me? Or does my caregiver get that right alone?

Anyone still waiting on their red card from last year, now that its post-1284? I got mine in November last year, and I STILL haven't gotten my card in the mail. I've since sent in a change of address AND a change of caregiver also...that probably confused the shit out them...

I FINALLY got my red card! It only took 8 months. I went to the Dr. in Nov. 2009 and the card is dated july 2010 and expires in July 2011. Thank you CO for the extra eight months

we sent in money orders, so not sure when they were redeemed but Greenmopho still has not received his card and we went on the same day.

so the asshole got his wish, his company got the barcode deal, fucker has secret plans to use this to track all mmj movement, sales and purchases.
There was this guy who came here in Ned pushing his MMJ tracking crap back in Aug 09 said he worked a secret deal with the registry. He said they have big plans. Next is going to be 3D lazer sticker and all herb sold to dis. must be tested and label with this sticker. All state run private org. will control this new CO mmj industry. The small mom and pop are out the door in the next 2yrs. It's huge warehouse grows and labs coming. No private home companies allowed. sad sad sad
Watch it's going to get worse here in the next 2yrs. there are nasty things planned ahead for our CO MMJ community. It is going to be regulated to a T so tight and developed into a huge industry, that no private individual will be able to grow or sell.
