Lazyman read the actual published supreme court opinion on the Kelly decision. It was based off a very similar circuimstance. A statement made by the opposition to 215 that said the initiative would allow for unlimited cultivation in the arguement against 215. If its part of official voter materials (which frankenstiens statement is) its part of the law. Read the kelly decision to understand how voter intent works in regards to mmj.

215forLife,
WOW, I have faith in change but to be honest I did have my doubts.
If you can change KB's heart then you are a miracle man.
If he is as self centered as he seems online I would suggest you using self interests.
Meaning you need to find a reason it will be better for him or what he holds as important under Prop 19.
Welcome to the YES side, and good luck with KB, you will need it.
I would rather have him be with us, then against us. Prop 19 will need all the votes it can get to defeat the organized prohibitionists NO voters, they have just started, wait until they trot out their children who's lives (they will claim) have been ruined by Cannabis, or the Mothers of the dead kids who started with Cannabis... I think you get the idea....

Shame the Blacks and Hispanics majority are voting NO on Prop 19, they will be hard to reach and change in the few months left before the election. They have been brainwashed by years of Prohibitionists propaganda and it will take a while to change their views. But anything is possible, we just need to try even harder.

Sam a million pages back you asked what I did for the movement,..

Well as far as I know I'm the first to openly declare income from growing weed to the IRS since the marihuana tax stamp act of 1937... and they cashed the check ;)
Believe it or not given the history of Californians being screwed over by loosly worded initiatives and the history of taxes and weed, most of the no side in OUR commuinity are that way out of genuine concern to not fuck up a goodthing we have going.

Sometimes I can work a mircacle. As for KB notice he hasn't responded to what I said. Guess it will depend upon what Oakland sells out for tonite.

LOL... I am sure he will be able to get anything he wants. He will have enough money to do as he pleases.

I am worried that even if it does not pass... will he still push forward?

The way it looks though... it is the blind leading the blind to vote yes on this farce of a bill disguised as legalization.

Well a no vote doesn't make things worse. Just get your rec still. While people who are afraid to admit that their use medical pay higher prices for bs quality the people smart enough to see a doctor will still have the best genetics and be able to grow as much as they want, w/o taxes.

If you're a vet you might find this document from the va of use.

drugsense.org%252Ftemp%252FUndersecretary-Jun6.pdf&h=28329&r9d643f39&refid=28

Basically its one of the heads of the VA admitting on US Gov letterhead that its ok for vets to be mmj patients if their state allows it.

Can you say schedule 1 is going down?

Veterans for Medical Cannabis Access

www.veteransformedicalmarijuana.org

Veterans Health Administration Tolerates Veterans Use of Medicinal Cannabis as Adjunct Therapy to VA Hospital Supplied Opioids.

In a July 6, 2010 letter addressed to the Executive Director of Veterans for Medical Cannabis Access (VMMA), Robert A. Petzel, MD, Under Secretary for Health of the Department of Veterans Affairs wrote, “If a Veteran obtains and uses medical marijuana in a manner consistent with state law, testing positive for marijuana would not preclude the Veteran from receiving opioids for pain management in a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facility.”

According to Michael Krawitz, recipient of the letter and himself a disabled US Air Force Veteran, “The work we did on this issue was for all Vets of all time periods. My personal injuries led me to find medical cannabis to help control my chronic pain. My fellow Vets, thousands of them have found the same medicine to relieve their suffering and will appreciate this strong support and Dr. Petzel's attention.”
The VHA letter went on to clarify that, ”The provider will take the use of medical marijuana into account in all prescribing decisions, just as the provider would for any other medication.”

Pain contracts now in place in the VHA will need to be rewritten. “Standard pain management agreements should draw a clear distinction between the use of illegal drugs, and legal medical marijuana.”

Modern research shows Cannabis to be an important adjunct medicine that both compliments and reduces opioid therapy and is discussed in video lectures at www.medicalcannabis.com, the web site of Patients Out of Time.

thatd be the shit.

if anyone even considers PRICE then you're a selfish sonofabitch.

i guarantee before MMJ was EVER decriminalized, everyone in cali was wanting it to be LEGALIZED. now they have a chance to make money while everyone else continues to try to live a dream, and they can only think of themselves. like lots have said...fuck you anti-prop19 cali growers.

and this is the shit i mean....the country is bigger than california prick. dont you understand snowball effect? noticed how many stated decriminalized MJ after CA? do you think the snowball wont happen with this too?:jump: maybe you should come live in FLORIDA for a month or so, and then see how you wanna vote.

So we should vote for FL by proxy? Sorry I don't buy that. I am voting yes, but not for FL residents. I am voting yes for Californians. Sorry.

uhm....no. you should vote for HUMANITY, duh. this is bigger than CALIFORNIA, or FLORIDA...thats MY POINT. this is a plant that should have NEVER been illegalized. We have a chance to right our forefathers previous wrongs.

you dont think that maybe if USA legalized it, then other countries would soon follow?

seriously people...open your eyes and look at the BIG PICTURE. its not about money, medicine, tax, or politics. Its about freedom.
