evlme2, mr nice genes........umm umm ummmmmmm.

plantagenet,

RIP Mr Steinbrenner......i herd it on fox 13 this am. im not a baseball fan but he alot for the community.

boycotting BP imo is counter productive b/c the the Tanker trucks filling up BP gas stations get their gas from the SAME terminal that CITGO, SHELL etc get theirs from. crude is refined along the gulf coast in Texas & Louisiana and then the gas is distributed around the USA via pipelines so when BP refines their oil it is refined with crude from other oil companies.

BP will survive but their Independant station owners may not b/c a boycott will shut them down b/c gas only makes up a small % of a BP station sales.

i for one am glad that this spill occured b/c the people of fla didnt know what drilling off the fla coast would do to our beaches and alot of people were open to drilling in hopes that gas prices would drop. now there is no way that drilling for oil will EVER be done off our coast.

thank you BP

I say Phuck BP....nationalise their assets...then sell them to their american competitors...revoke their corporate charter FOREVER...and throw the officers in jail.

If a cop sees you smoking a joint...ya going to jail. I think BP's crime is much worse...but they just give a press conference. Smoking a joint ain't ever killed nobody. BP can't claim that peaceful distinction. 11 people died for their greed.

My family buys our gasoline from Citgo...would rather support a leftist than a those BP assholes.

didnt mean to post an inflamatory thread in our peaceful forum. ive been posting in the forums regarding prop 19 in Cali and its carried over.

btw, i too buy from Citgo b/c they are the only station that i dont have to unload out of my car to get help pumping gas. they have a handy drive-thru lane and it makes life easy since no one offers full service.

Someone walks up to the komrade....shoves him off his soapbox...begins to beat him senseless...cops arrive (eventually)....when explained to them....they agree with the beating and leave.

Sorry guys...seen the place I was born (N'Awlins) get destroyed twice now.

evl- Is your Black Widow from Mr Nice? I have a 10 pack that I can't wait to pop and finding other grows of this strain is nearly impossible.

SSH - Even though I usually don't buy from BP, I agree with you completely. My dad worked for Conoco for years and the "branding" of petrol isn't as clear as what people think.

12 people have died because they are calling the 12th victim, a man who earned his living fishing and his wife had a seafood restaurant in Louisiana committed suicide over it. It is really hurting business along the beaches that don't have oil on it yet. Hotels, motels and condo rentals. Seafood restaurants have down sales also. Oily paradise! I wish some bales of good weed would wash up on the beach instead.
I don't buy BP or Citgo these days. Wish I did not even have to buy gas.
But here is the beach before it gets oil slimed.

Exactly....I used to work for Shell myself. But the bad thing is the gas stations are independantly owned. BP don't care about screwing up our world here. I feel like a nice big grouper sandwich, but I don't know how safe it is yet. Hydrocarbons are carcenogenic.

KK, i grew up in League City, Tx and know all to well how much hell that area catches.

SSH will go Murderball on those worthless cops and break shins as they attempt to walk away from a Komrad getting beat senselessly. i cant stand cops, especially what happened to my neighbors yesterday.

League City???? I raised my children in Pasadena, Texas and have been to League City many times. Used to be a good German restaurant over there. I used to go to Kemah for great seafood.
But we did not get enough signatures in Florida to get Medical MJ on the ballot in Nov. coming up. Bill McCullough "the drug warrior" is totally against weed and legalization. Don't vote for him. Extreme to the right! More than 25 plants is "trafficking" by the new statutes.

no worries on PUFMM, the sigs are valid until 2012 so things got delayed 2 years. not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

no on McCullom.......sorry to say but $$$ gets the governorship so the winner is Rick Scott.

my dad kept his boat in Kemah @ Odos on NASA rd 1. i know the owner of the Crazy Cajun and worked there as a teen and i love Cajun food. you dont get good Cajun food here. i also miss the killer mexican / texmex restaurants there. i had alot of fun times back home but ill never move from fla.

Honeymooned in Nawlins and discovered Muffelatas and Turbo Dog on that trip. Been back many, many times, although only twice since Katrina. Some people might argue that Chicago or Memphis might be more important musically, but not for me. Jazzfest is always awesome and the Nevilles at Tipitina's was one of the best shows I've ever seen.
