I will offer freshly made free seeds to the grower with the most honest reasons why he will vote NO on Prop 19.
I am the judge and honesty is is the criteria that I will judge on.
I will give 100 seeds each of say 20 different varieties if you have the best reason, according to me.
I won't post the seeds into the USA, but will deliver them to anywhere they are legal.
Or hand them off to anyone the winner says to in Amsterdam.

Lets hear the real reasons not a bunch of maybe this or maybe that...
I have seeds made from my Original 20 year old Hindu Kush clone, I will include some.

sam...the only honest argument i have seen from anyone so far is from a member names the pablos....while i dont agree w some things he said, since these threads started popping up, he is the only one who comes across as....i dont know....like he is not basing his argument on maybes, ifs, or buts....its more of an attitude argument and the only one ive seen so far that even made sense.

I have 2 reasons why ppl might vote NO on the ballot. There can be more votes on the No side like if ppl want to keep it underground to keep prices higher and values of seeds higher.

1- Do it everywhere or dont do it.
These should be a join decision by many states in my opinion. I have seen these in Amsterdam. You get many tourist just for the drugs side and your town gets full of homeless-drugheads waiting for the tip of the hash tourist. So these creates a problem where you have a lot of tourist and many low live living around the "legalization". These is why a NO vote would avoid the problem radicalizing in one for ALL the country. If it was voted in many states at the same time it owuld be a YES. Otherwise NO (dont want to be the garbage site of anyone).
2-When "legalization" is in place the consuption of cannabis would rise yes or yes no matter what advertisement we want to give the kids. These is what is happening to alcohol right now in Spain. Cause of these raise people are going to be hook more on tabaco (as the preferable smoke is cannabis/hash with tabaco). My father is a lung doctor and I have seen live what can tabaco cause (at least the one Philip morris and BC sells).
In my opinion is a worthless habit that doesn't give anything possitive. If I was god I would wipe out Philip Morris. These is the reason to say no to legalization. To avoid the danger of "smoking" (if it was eating or any other not way probably vote yes) I would vote NO.

But on the other side you have lower prices, control substances, taxation, it would become a modern comodity.

I hate that mentality b/c that seems to be the most common rebuttal regarding Cannabis as Medicine. Its rooted in ignorance imo and to perpetuate that kind of propaganda doesn’t do anything for changing the laws and perception regarding Cannabis.

Educate yourself on ALL of the methods of using/ingesting Cannabis whether its for Medicinal or Recreational use.

its against the law to provide alcohol to minors also.

whats next, you want to be able pass your joint to a friend thats 18, 16 or even younger.

find a better reason.

Krunch, thx. i guess i could have checked the TOU.

Travieso,
quit tokin bro, i didnt say you provided alcohol to minors. i used it as an example.

read my post. i sound like the DEA. i think that your vote of no on prop19 is more in line with the DEA's stance than mine.

i have no vote on prop19 so my opinion really doesnt matter.

no, i dont think you should go to jail for that but to vote No on something just to allow you and your homies to smoke is rediculous.

isnt it illegal under prop215 to supply or smoke with minors. and i believe that minors are defined under prop215 to be anyone under 21?

besides, are you hiding behind prop215 just to toke. if so seems to me that being legal and not having to lie to smoke would be better but thats just me, i dont like to lie.

please set me straight b/c i dont want to prepetuate anything false.

are you a prop215 patient? if not then what are you loosing?

it seems to me you have superficial knowledge about the subject and it shows in your posts.

yes i know who Denis Peron and Jack Herer are and they both have done more that i to bring awareness to Cannabis but i dont agree with their view. maybe they oppose/ed b/c they didnt get as far as Mr Lee and prop19.

you dont even know how to read the proposed prop. its up to 6 mo in jail, that will be decided by a judge and its already been touted that under current prop215 that as long as your not stupid you can operate relatively safe b/c Cali is too broke to prosecute so why all the Hysteria about people now being at risk of jail time. theres always that risk.

btw, Mr Peron and the late Mr Herer side with the DEA and LEO on not wanting Cannabis legal so whether youll admit it or not yall are on the same side.

sorry for the rude awakening. learn to think for yourself.

I don`t feel Goverment has any right to impose law on marijuana at all! It is a gift from God!

Genisis 1:29 Behold,I have given you every plant yielding seed upon the face of the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit;you shall have it as food.

Mr. Person and the late Jack Herer do/did not side with DEA and LEO! They want/wanted marijuana decriminalized!

Only reason Richard Lee was able to get enough people to sign ballots was because of all the money he made selling medical marijuana. Now he wants to take over the street venders and make even more money! Greed not freedom! I can`t back someone like that! We need to get people off there lazy azzes and get a real legalization bill going that has the wide support of the people and a real chance of passing! And yes we can do it!

DEA and LEO say vote NO.

Cannabis activists may hate DEA & LEO just as much as i do but if they all vote NO the by association they are siding together, albiet the have different reasons for voting NO they are in the same bed.

Mr Lee put his $$$ where his mouth is. You guys didn’t get off “your lazy asses” and put your money where your Business Interest is so who’s at fault. Not Mr Lee.

TRAVIESO, are you a prop215 patient?
