I'm using it on 5 different strains right now, and working equal for all strains.

I got a bottle of each for free, and now I'm hooked.. I almost wish the bloom had a tad less nitrogen, like 1-4-4, or 0-4-4. My plants nearing harvest are still very green.

I'm about to start a journal on here using this stuff, as you really don't see any grows representing this line.

I'm running 32 strains right now, and 2/3 are getting GO. The rest are getting AN and CANNA. GO is out-preforming them by a mile. I think I will amend with Bloombastic at the end.

Also, what I've done is mix up 2 large batches and set air stones in them to brew. They look great.

GO states that air stones aren't the right way to airiate the mix though. How else would I do it?

Just unhook the air stone and leave the hose in the water bigger bubbles is what you need. Or if you are recirculating which I haven't seen many do with the yet. Then you can just let it aireate itself by falling back into the res...

Yea I have the whole line for free as well and it worked nice but I was feeling the same way about the N and I was thinking it would be best to probably cut the dose to 2.5ml of Bloom and have Bloombastic or another organic PK boost like Roots Organics HPK would probably work well. I have to get the fade on my girls or I don't like the taste as much.. Which I've noticed with most 1part nutrients, it seems 3part and 2part nutrients work out better and give more control. I'm curious how the Bio Bud works with synthetics since it says it's compatible with all base line nutrients and has amino's and other goodies in it...

wow, this thread...just went back and read it from front to end, hoping to get insight into what others have learned from using this line..

Seems to be a lot of misinformation going on..

This applies to organic growing, in organic soil...

Ph meters, PPM meters, et al, are not needed in organic soil growing..It's not just the GO line of nutes, it's any true organic soil and nutes.

As long as you have a properly balanced soil food web, rich with minerals, humates and other PH buffers, you can leave all that nonsense behind..

The concept that you don't feed the microbes, is the antithesis of organic growing..The number one rule in organics, is, feed the soil, not the plant.

I won't delve into this, but the organic soil reference library here on ICMAG, and the organic for beginners thread, and the other stickys are invaluable, and very informative.

"teaming with microbes" is the key for organic/natural soil growing..

Listening to some people talk, you would think that all the plants in the world are just waiting for humans to come running out and ph up/down the soil ,test CEC/PPM and rainwater for successful growth..

If you are buying these or other organic nutes to grow organically in soil, you may as well get all the benefits of organic soil growing..leave all the B.S. behind..Keep it simple.

Read the threads in the organic soil section..It's time well spent.

Thank you guys great posts..

I have to be honest mad At this point I dont really know what my soil mix is... Ive thrown soo much stuff in it..

Its mainly 30% peat 30% perlite and 20% pine bark

The main ingredient is a descent bag soil you can buy from lowes called jungle growth pure organic.. its very descent quality.. it just will not feed your plant for long but at the same time will burn ur cuttings and seedlings..

Ive also got a lot of earth worm castings in it .. some guanos, and I never leave home without my bitome plant starter plus (bone meal, blood meal, feather meal, poultry manure, kelp meal,.... etc and it is choped full of microbes) similiar to peace of mind or all purpose from fox farm... but easier to get. and a little cheaper..

But im in the east.

Soooo Im thinking this feeding schedule needs to be more canna friendly.. Can we get some sort of consensus on this?

Def doubling up the grow and bloom but then cutting down on the bloom in the last 2weeks of flower?

What about the boosters tho.. The seaweed seems like a very good quality and the fish is awesome during veg along with the diamond black?

Also has anyone been foliar feeding with this?

Ive used it for foliar feed something like 5ml root, 2.5ml cal, couple of drops of the seaweed like 2-4 ..

been thinking about using some grow and or diamond black in it as well... might be a good idea to add some compost or something to activate it...

I am getting good results with this line. I do however ph my water. I dont think it is necessary I just do it "just in case." cant hurt so I go for it.

I tired this line several times and want to like it so badly. I have run it PH and not and definitey got better results PH'ing my shit. I have run it using both bloombastic and big bud as a flower booster with good results.

Here were my two main problems:

1. Way too much yellowing very early in flower.

2. Too many products

I don't really trust the no PHing either. I went back to Flora Nova lucas. I may give this another run down the road seeing as I have about 3 boxes worth of this stuff laying around.

Update

Update

I have used Bio root, Bio Thrive Grow, CAMG+, BioWeed, and Bio Marine on two plants for just over two months now in FFOF.

The plants react very well to these products. I have seen the most reaction when I use the Bio Marine product used with the others or stand alone.

Like HerbGlaze said, the plants also reacted well to the Bio Root product as well.

I do not use the exact measurements from the GH feeding schedule because the amount of distilled water I am using is far less than a gallon or even a liter for that matter. However, I often do use the combinations of their products as they suggest.

I feed the plants about every third watering.

I have also used Superthrive in my rotation and fed the plants once with a very small amount of Epsom salts.

I finally got my samples! Full size samples of the whole line! I can't wait to try them out with the next grow. Now I have to trudge through this thread again for tips.

I met up with my new GH rep last week. We spoke about this new GO line and how it was a Vegan Blend rather than the typical Organic line. I told him that I would like to run it on a 4x4 1000K Tray, but to do this I would need to get more that the typical sample size bottles of the line. He told me to send over a list of what sizes I would need for the grow.

Here is my list.

1 Liter Bio Thrive Grow
1 Liter Bio Thrive Root
1 Liter Bio Weed

1 Gal CaMg+
2 1/2 Gal Bio Thrive Bloom
2 Liter Bio Bud

I figure if he's sending to me for free I might as well be able to use it for a run or two if it's good. I love freebies.

I will be running 16 plants on a 4x4 tray. Most likely a 2 week veg time. The last time I ran an organics line I used the Technaflora Pura Vida line. I noticed a lower yield but great taste.

Currently I use an entire array of different nutrient lines.
I run the Sunshine #4 with

SensiBloom A/B
Rhino Skin
Big Bid/ Gravity (end)
B-52

And a few more additives in between

Snow Storm
PB Original Blend Bloom
Hygrozyme
Bloombastic

I seem to get some good results. I hand water every 2-3 days depending on the uptake of water.

I looking forward to trying out this new GO line as an organics tray. We'll see how well it performs in comparison to my current feed. I'm going to use this 4x4 tray and see the difference in taste. Hopefully it will be incredibly tasty without losing half the expected yield.

I'll be starting this tray in about 2-3 weeks. Waiting for my shipment, and I need to cut some babies. Keep you guys posted on the progress. :bigeye:

Last grow I would PH my water in between feedings. With my current grow I haven't PH'ed at all. I vegged for 4 weeks and am just about to complete week 1 of 12/12. I have not noticed any PH related problems so far. I have e-mailed GH a few times about this and each time the answer is the same. No need to PH feeding's or straight water. So I decided to trust them on this and so far so good. I haven't even checked the PH of my runoff so I have no idea what it is.

Any receipe with these products? I have the grow and bloom! With camg+ too its would be possible to grow well or all the others products are necessary?

There's no harm in using the other products but like you, I use the grow, camg+, bloom. I also use the bio bud in conjunction with the bloom when in flower. I can't tell you what the difference is in just using the bloom as compared to using the bloom with the bio bud. But they are meant to be used together.
