FORUM CHANGES - New Representatives Appointed

I have decided that I will no longer be involved with any of the online forums on a regular basis like I have been until now. I will still be checking in from time to time to see how our Independent testers are doing, and to update photos, etc..., but that will be the extent of my involvement here. If you would like to get in contact with me, please don't send a PM as it will not get checked very frequently. Instead send an email to: [email protected]

I have appointed two new moderators to run our forum here on ICMag. Both of them are previous customers who have shown over many months that they are not only loyal to our company, but also excellent beginner gardeners. From now on MeanBean and Zombo will field any questions and keep the peace within the forum. Please be respectful to them. They are both un-paid volunteers, and we are very thankful that they have agreed to take on this responsibility. I hope everyone will recognize that they are here on their own free will to help, and treat them accordingly.

Well, not sure if she will be back for a bit now haha.

I believe Cammie has alot lined up for the next few months, she most likely is a bit strapped for time.

Me or Zombo are glad to help though and if we don't have the answer we will check with LedGirl and get back to ya!!

Because it seems you had made contact with Cammie and were working with her on getting your shipping info. No sense in keeping the thread open, right?

well other members might of been able to see the outcome wether or not the company is helpfull or not in resolving issues but now you closed the thread they wil never know.

should of kept it open as it reflects the seller and buyer interactions and wether or not issues had been resolved

Regardless of how i feel about ledgirls attitude the results of her product speaks for itself really.

Centrum, it's only for the better. People need to Just stop with the ignorance. I have no problem answering people who question the units, even if I think they are doing so to stir the $h*t pot.

But if someone is going to just post some useless negative comment about HGL or it's employees I doubt I will be able to resist erasing thier input.


I am not a fan of this thread anyhow, it's just asking for usless comments.

You can delete it all you want but it won't change the fact that you are representing one of the worst mannered business people I have ever encountered in my entire life!

You know, people's individual dealings are just that...individual. Your experience with her is not mine, or vice versa, good OR bad. I happen to have started out on a very professional and businesslike footing with Cammie, and it worked well - I'm honored to have been chosen to represent her at this forum.

That said, I'm not going to be cool with mudslinging. If you have a beef with the company *personally*, you have the URL for the company, and with that comes all the means of contact you need. I would prefer any individual's dealings be kept off the forums.

I like the idea of a forum where you can ask questions about the Hydro-Grow line of LEDs and get answers; where you can see photographic evidence of grows using these lights and where you can share your grows with us.

Thanks for your input - and I welcome it; and I look forward to working with MeanBean to help anyone who wants to join us in the adventure of growing with LEDs.
