Ive got a 2 foot tall GDP outside, but im hesitant on budding it out there. Thats some whiffy stuff (*Ive heard that is Purple Urkle/Salmon Creek Big Bud).

I had a full tent of that GDP and a 6"carbon filter went bad. You could smell it real strong outside. The cops came a pounding on my front door after midnite, two patrol cars with their lights aimed at my house, Three cops standing in a circle in my driveway. Me inside,in the dark, with my heart racing, peeking out curtains. They were also in my neighbors yard with a dog and spotlights in my yard. I never answered the door luckily. The cops walked right into the neighbors house uninvited. They were after a carjacker who ran this way on foot. It fukin reeked like lemon-Grape-Skunk.

Sorry for my lack of input lately I am busier than ever and just exhausted to the core.

I hear ya there, and I feel your pain

Your guy's weather is heading my way, I plugged in 38 plants Monday night of various Bubba crosses, Mainly a bunch of Urkle x Bubba, Cheese x Bubba, and Chocolate Thai x Bubba, I was running out of room and needed space for the others so they had to go.

Well last night got down to 33 and now tonight its supposed to get into the lower 30's again and we are supposed to get an inch or two of snow also. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say them Bubba X's won't even flinch, I got some bad frost early last year and only thing that happened was some of the tips of the leaves went purple.

I'll round up some pics eventually here, been busy myself.

I will show You what they look like Brother. Also, I have to tell You, GDP is probably one of the most flavorful weed I ever smoked. I would just love to smoke a cigar of it. Problem is, and Its a big problem. Its a clone that is a bit too powerful, and far too heavy on the couch lock. You wont do any work. You will sleep all the time. So the solution is to have some for the first aid kit, for insomnia and pain. And like Haze, Just smoke it once in awhile. This one is all Organic. The plants were short and squawty, but the buds were rock hard and and of absolute top quality. The local dispensory begged for a pound, but we declined. I promised to take the dispensory owner some stash in June.

Im not using any smart pots. I need to stay below 6 foot. so I earth staple my plants to the ground and let them grow wide.
I had planed on having a 400 gallon hole and two 200 gallon holes. But I went back twice more and bought truckloads of amendments. I ended up with a 380 gallon hole and a 350? and a 200-250. The Haze and a Blue Crush are going in this plot.

This plot is perfect for haze, because it has structure for wind protection this winter, and also has flexible carbon steel epoxy coated ribs that allow for 5 minute change over to instant green house.

I have different gauge epoxy flex steel, that can easily be made into green house rib support structure of any size. No rust, no mess, Shove the ends into the ground and go

Thank You!

I like to keep a bowl of GDP on my night stand. It will help You to get deep quality sleep, and disperse any anxiety.

Heard it's supposed to drop down to the 50's during the day a bit this week in true NorCal in the mountains central state. Was scraping ice off my windshield a few days ago. No one I know is even considering putting out plants yet. I've seen plants dripping with ice, near harvest though, and still do fine once the sun hit em. For me never got worried until it dropped under 30F for a sustained period. That first frost cycle was a bit rough on em but they usually acclimated. Talked to someone and said high sap brix in general and sap K levels helps plants weather cold temps better. I tested some native weeds late winter I saw that kept growing even during subfreezing nights and brix was a bit low, pretty sure I know why they tested that way and has to do with amount of leaf available compared to stem in the sample, but sap K levels were through the roof. Natural antifreeze! Guessing the leaf brix, without the stem, was actually higher than indicated.

We had snow during the day the last two days. And the next 2 nights are going into the high twenties. I'm hoping we get some warm weather after this week.

so i finished puting all of my ammended soil into my smartpots yesterday. And today the rain came. Is this rain, which is currently passing over norcal, enough to water my pots to the point that i dont have to... and can just sit back for 2-3 weeks and let them marinate?

Don't know what all you "early starters" are doing now (prolly crapping your pants! ;) ), but it is SHITTY out right now. Spent the morning moving the recruits back into the room in preparation for hail!

Stay dry everyone...
