So you convert everything to Hash Oil before adding it to Butter or Cooking oil?

I only use oil in my recipies. I make 2 different grades. Smoking & Edible Grade

Damn, so you have multiple people going to the hospital because your edibles are too strong?!? I wish I could give 'em a try!

I've never really gotten much off any dispensary edibles, but I've had good edibles from my grower friends. My buddy in Oregon would make Chocolate cookies and half would have me knocked out... whereas I'll eat the 3x edibles here and feel very little to nothing...

Also, who in the hell goes to the hospital because they had a bit too much herb?? We must be talking amateurs here? All you gotta do is sleep it off... I ate a 1/8 - 1/4 once in college in the 90s when the RA knocked on my door and we were pulling tubes. I was SUPER fucked up that night! Herb definitely works eating alone without any THC extraction, but I'm sure it takes a lot more of it...

But as far as your question, I would suggest the same as someone mentioned above. Maybe just make 2 strengths and tell people to eat half...... OR make them half as strong as currently and sell them for half price!! That way people would feel like they are getting a more highly concentrated dose and will maybe eat less. Basically, just give them half instead of telling them to just eat half..

What part of town are you in? PM me and Ill get you going in the right direction.

I think alot of the people that have problems are amateurs. The high does seem to come out of no where, which surprises alot of people.....alot different than smoking & getting that instant gratification, & climax in 5 mins....where as with edibles you get to wait just long enough to forget you took anything, then BOOM! slooooow moe.

Thanks for the info......I have to put myself to bed sometimes when I test the new batches....ours kinda has a more trippy, acid, mushroom feel to them at certain doses. Or thats what all the hospital visitors say. Lower doses are great for sleep/relaxing.

Cant give away to many secrets about the edible grade, but the smoking grade is a quick wash, with heat evaporation, like most people do on here.......edible grade is edible grade because it wouldnt sell on looks, doesnt smoke as good & has alittle more impurities, which make the smoke alittle harsh if smoked....but it is a FULL extraction of all the THC, & whatever else gets you medicated. Just comes with more impurities & plant matter.

trim or buds dont affect the quality(that much)....just yield......not smart money wise to use buds.

Leave it to Fox....thats not even news if you ask me. Some homeless's guys dog got stoned off marijuana muffins, C'mon, is there really nothing else going on in Colorado???? Now they want to regulate what dispensaries can throw away because dogs and kids can find weed in dumpsters???? Why was the dog allowed to just roam the streets and eat out of a dumpster anyway? Blame it on the owner of the dog, not the dispensary. The dog could of gotten into some chocolate or something, which would be FAR more toxic that marijuana, why don't they cover that epidemic on the news? Heres an epidemic, stupid people letting their dog wander around urban city streets unsupervised, that dog could eat chocolate, antifreeze, or even get hit by a car, lets prohibit those things too!

And look at that pathetic picture of a leaf they found in a dumpster.oooooh, quite a find! A whole pack of dogs and a kindergarden class could OD on that!!!

agree 100%. this is ridiculous

seems as though there are plenty more dangerous things that could be found in a dumpster. Sharp objects, the next black plague, a stockpile of expired hoho's.

wikipedia shows these numbers:

if this is 1270mg of actual thc per 1kg(about 2lbs), that is a lot of effort for a overdose.

Talk to cannagirl, shes got a great Peanut Butter cookie recipe that is flourless, and thus gluten-free! They are a little on the dry side, but they taste amazing!

Tried one of the sodas floating around town... Not impressed.. Weird flavor.. Bad bubble gut? Why are all these edibles making my stomach turn? When I bake/cook I never have this problem. Are people using preservatives to help with shelf life?

Seriously. Most of the more commercial edibles have given me a BAAAAAD case of the BGs!!!! Sodas included, don't know why, but I tend to avoid non-homemade edibles for that reason.

Was it the Farmacy soda or the Dixie ones going around?
