so far i have got 2 notices and 3 census forms.
i see a 800# says 7 days so i call to bitch.. haha yea right a machine. do they call back no.
am i alone how many have you gotten.

I've gotten 2 in the mail.
I'm still in shock about the fact that the hispanic/mexican heritage question came before the race question....
I filled mine out because I don't want some census taker showing up to my pad asking me all sorts of questions.
I'm pretty sure they just scan them to know which households have returned census forms anyways. Toss them in a big pile somewhere and wait for all the government data crunchers to get their hands on them...

So be selfish because of a minor something that happened on a forum....your call....Think of it like this.... just today there were 3 threads merged into this one. Imagine all the threads made since this one was started. Would you want to come to the Den if literally every second thread was on the same thing? That would suck, right? No one else complained.....I guess they actually "got it".

Name and phone number is pretty personal. Haven't done it yet. I will give them number in household, ethnicity and age. They don't need anything else for "city planning". (lol)

I didn't fill out anything but I did return it with a note asking if they have any word on when my cousin pedro will be released from prison, he received a 20 year term for mail fraud.
No, someone WILL be knocking on your door, all summer and into the fall, to get that info.

People who have things to hide would be wise to send in their census forms. Don't want any retired LEO sniffing around when they come to take the census. AND THEY WILL COME!
