Cops dont wanna raid a meth lab over a grow house, a grow house might have a gun inside, a lab has much more frequency of weapons as well as people that are so far gone and strung out they don't even hesitate to use em.

The black box at the bottom of the pole in the attached image has a camera mounted inside that is currently pointing at the front entrance of a hydro store in Florida.

Is that setup for... if you crash in the parking lot they can tell who's fault it is. Very sweet. If I was the owner of the shop, I'd find a real good attorney. Unfucking believable.

The thing is, bad laws, bad government, bad taxes, bad LEO, are all things that citizens have a duty to protest in the name of fairness. Do your part to keep government in check and they won't have such an easy time trampling our rights. This includes acts of civil disobedience, and yes in this case, vandalism.

Did you see the article a while back about LEO-run RC helicopters with sniffers and cameras and GPS? Damn right I'd shoot it down, and I would ask anyone who cares about their rights to do the same. Cops are always looking for a way to circumvent the Constitution for their own benefit. Don't let them!

yes i completely agree, its all bad and i see exactly where youre coming from.
but, who knows if that is even a camera? i do my part and what i think my part should be is to cause less trouble for myself and anyone else, and do not add to the problem. 2 wrongs dont make a right.
say that thing does get smashed, and it is a camera owned by the cops. you dont think they would be right back out there with another one? and by doing that would only add already unwanted attention.
adding to a problem is no way to solve it IMHO.

I think the question is because, it is well known that some cops in some locales watch hydro shops. Some places are much worse than others, which I am sure is why he was curious about the posters location.
