whats the carboload for? Carboload is just dextrose (sugar) that is either in its granular form or has been mixed with water to a sludge. I'm sure you dont have to be too scientific. just mix enough dextrose powder in water and mix until you get a color and consistency similar to that of Carbo. If you dump sensizym for Hygro, there is no need to feed the plant carbs until close to flush time if ever because you are not feeding anything anymore.

Hygrozome/GroZyme is an enzyme that breaks down dead root matter and turns into sugars or amino acids, can't remember which ones.

Don't know what roots excellerator is and superthrive is just a mix of hormones and b vitamins.

Thank you. The difference in Connoisseur vs. everything but DM gold are fancier chelates and poly amino alcohols. this is new technology for the last decade but AN is not the first to do it. Gold is the original. AN tried to copy it. they made some mistakes, and purely by accident the first formula that smelled like Axe (douche for men) worked great at 4-600ppms. people complained about the smell as it was making some people feel sick, so they reformulated the product. I have seen back to back comparisons of DM Gold vs. OG Connie and Connie actually won by 2+ ounces per 1k light.
that was before they changed the formula and ever since they have never figured how to keep the rock phosphate in suspension. it likes to fall out and bond to other minerals, rendering it much less potent, and problematic.

As a member of the moderating team and former tech rep, I "taught you to fish" with AN. I am telling you that this new PH perfect and PPM line is pretty much old products either combined, or diluted and marketed. how can you improve barricade by diluting it 90% and calling it rhino skin? see where I'm going with this? AN's bottles suck. they use cheap minerals, and they straight out lie to sound like they really have scientists developing and testing their products. You and I test their products and they profit from it.

Poly amino alcohols are, no doubt, excellent chelators. The question, however, is if DM or AN either one uses enough to make them really effective. Just a quick look makes me think no, although I have not done the actual chemistry.

The same type of shit goes on in the supplement industry all of the time. Take a bunch of cheap ass filler, throw in some A and B, cite studies (that may or may not be factual) about A and B and charge a bunch of money for it. Neglect to tell the buyer that there is not enough of it to achieve what the studies claim. Cash checks.

Me fears the nute industry has studied at the same school for marketing as these snake oil purveyors.

AN's put a black eye on the whole industry. period. I don't like GH or SS's tactics, but they foresaw this problem a long time ago. GH threatened retailers do do the same when I owned a shop, and they are at their last resort, use scare tactics.. It's lame.. I don't really like doing business with these distributors. The attitude from the big 2 is like they don't need retailers. "there's just too many!" (i know there are not) I have had to shut down production for some of my orders as they couldn't produce enough SS-6' 1k's and T-5-48''s for a single customers order, and I was never a big enough for them. they laughed when I asked for a discount when ordering WAY over the 99+ price tier. said it was almost too much work to make a profit from! The plan apparently works for them. After AN's big push at being the outlaw weed growing fert, they locked in on a certain mindset. Even after they toned down the language about being cannabis specific, they sponsored weeds, and pineapple express & god knows what. their products have gone up over 45% since they first came out, and people just buy that shit right up.

First of all I don't see Sunlight making some retarded videos putting down other companies with out any real proof. Take legal
action first before you spew your dirty laundry to the public other wise you're showing your real colors.

You don't know too much about AN till you see what they were doing in BC 8-6 years ago.

I've seen what AN food is capable which is the same as all of the other manufacturers. If you don't think so then I got some Monopotassium Phosphate activate by Phloxine G that I want to sell you.

If you're ever in Vancouver area ask some of the hydro retailers about what was happening when the 2+ programs came out and how people were burning the shit out of their plants following the An food charts. How many times was it formulated before plants where not dying anymore.

As for 2+ what the hell is that mean? What strain? How many weeks in veg and flower? What medium? WTF? How the hell can you state 2+lb per light for any grow when you don't even give out info of how it was obtained.

As an ex tech rep for AN I learned that simplicity is key when growing hydroponics. Organics? eh.. I dont like smoking heavy metals very much, thank you. I witnessed 4 calc revisions. 5 price increases, and only a handful actually successful with the 2+ program.
