Those two droopy plants are really confusing me. They're getting the same treatment as the rest, and they're both more into their second set of multi-fingered leaves than most of the other plants. They've been droopy right through a wet-dry cycle. I was thinking maybe their roots hadn't taken as well to the transplant and might not be as large as the others, but... their above ground growth is better than most of the other plants.
I think they'll get their first foliar feeding tomorrow. I plan on taking pics right before, right after, and then maybe at 1 hour intervals. Those two droopy ones are finally perking up.
Everything is lookin great man.... fantastic. can't wait to see the phenos, I have these beans in my cart right now trying to decide on these or DG's sweetest cindy.

I'd love to get 2-4 males. I've only got space to flower 8 full sized plants. I'm still undecided on what I want to do with males. I will definitely be making seeds. When and how are still undecided, even though I'm sure I've said that I've made up my mind plenty of times.
I'm thinking that when the males show I will take clones of each, and save them in a very small veg chamber until I'm ready to use the pollen. I think I'm going to see what I can get for yield on this first run, so no seeds this time. Then once I've seen the female phenos, I'll save the ones I want to pollinate and/or run again.
So I just gave them a feeding of full strength 6/9 with Maxicrop, at 5.7 PH. When I put them back in the cabinet I put them the same way as my detailed pic post. The back row being 1-5 and the front row being 6-10.
Yeah males don't need shit for attention they'll shoot pollen all the same. There are some great threads about storing pollen and diluting it with flour etc. I'm not going to be messing with any males but i can see myself getting some pollen at some point and playing around.
I was going to have a "breeding" cabinet but I'm no breeder I'm using it for quarantine now since the med community seems to have a fascination with collecting pests in their grow rooms.
I like watching clones explode but the interesting plants in my garden are the seed plants. They're the fun ones....
Well basing it on the node development, #1, #4, #5, #7, #8, and #10 are at about the same pace, with most of the first 5 fingered leaves showing. #3 is definitely in last place, with #6 not too far ahead. #3, #6, and #9 are showing about 30% of the first 5 fingered leaves.
Just gave them their first foliar feeding... 60ml Penetrator and 15ml Liquid Light per Liter. I soaked them, and they were completely dry in 10 minutes!
I'll update with some pics after a few hours so we can see any changes.
I was always told look for the fast growers and they usually turn into males..... I have no idea and have neer seen it..... I have always gotten females if you can believe that
