where are your rez temps at? A lot of people run into brown slime that will suffocate your roots if rez temps get too high. I run a modified rdwc with a diy chiller and keep my nute soloution at 60 to 62 deg F with no problems and you would be amazed at the difference in growth and production you get with well controlled rez temps.
I am currently rinning a 4' x 4'scrog with 8 150w hps (in flowering mode) this keeps an even canopy of light that penetrates as deep as needed in the scrog.
Just finished a grow of ww x silver haze got 2#4z of trimmed dry nugs and 15g if super iso oil from that grow
vegged for 6 weeks (4 plants) filled the screen by the 2nd week of flowering , flowered a total of 9 weeks.
AN nutes H&g root excelerator, carbo load for complete grow, co2 at 800ppm. rez temps at 90 to 62 deg. air at 85 to 90. veg humidity at 70 to 80% reduced to 60% early flowering, reduced to 40 to 45% from week 3 flowering to finish
Also got about 100 cuts when I cleaned up under the scrog. Passed out 80 of them to a few friends. cloned the other 20 for next grow.
You have a nice looking set up....keep trying new things and you will find the numbers you are looking for.
best of luck to you

wasup beach! i'm definitely running a water chiller. man does it make a big difference bro. i got mine set at 65-67 and they love it. anyone doing dwc i highly recommend a water chiller even if you dont have rot or slime. it's very well worth it! i got myself a 1/2 hp jbj chiller. shit chills 100 gals no problem.

GDP is no yielder. You are killing it. If you pull 2 off it, you'll be the first I heard. 6oz shy of 2 is almost hard to believe.

I seem to recall someone mentioning possible problems with dwc if the airpumps are sucking in co2 enriched air. Not 100% sure on that at all, but you may want to do a few searches to be sure you won't have any problems.

Can't wait to see your next harvest numbers!

toohigh- gdp does yield if you top them and train them well. they don't yield like my LUIs but when i did all GDP without co2 i pulled 7 lbs. 4oz. so thats still not bad at all. when i pulled 7 lb. 10oz i had half GDP half LUIs. this round i got half and half again but added 6 more buckets and co2 so i should pull a very good number.

choch- i remember researching about that and never found anything negative about co2 and dwc but i'll double check again. thanks bro

buddle- i'm sure it's not the highest yielding strain but once i get my flower room dialed in i'm sure i'll hit my 2 lbs. per 1k and that's a lot to me. :)

Maybe I missed it, but how are you monitoring the levels of CO2 in your room?

Sweet setup btw, and nice numbers :joint:

thanks frozenguy! i got the The Sentinel CHHC timer bro. if anyone looking for all in one timer i recommend this one. and it's only 499.99. i remember i bought a green air 6 years ago and just for the co2 timer and sensor it was like 999.99. no wonder they're going out of business. actually i heard all of green air engineer left and started sentinel. correct me if i'm wrong!

I would recommend the C.A.P. fuzzy logic. From my experience they are the best devices around and have fantastic customer support.

You were talking about a special Veg thing you do. I grow OG as well and am not getting very good yields. Just looking for a different way of doing it. Do you use Co2?

The veg thing isn't so much "special" it's just important for a strain that stretches so much like og. I use a product called bushmaster which halts vertical growth. However this stuff is very strong and you do NOT go by the bottle directions. Right before flip, for three days feed it just water with 0.75ml/gal of Bushmaster. Then move into flower and feed only plain water for 5 days before slowly starting your flower formula.

I do use Co2

Actually, it's the original C.A.P. owners. They decided to leave CAP because they were upset with the direction CAP was going, and began producing Sentinel.

IMHO, Sentinel is DEFINITELY the way to go. Lots of people in my area are hooked on the IGS-220 controller, but I don't see why. Sentinel is FAR easier to use, and uses a better CO2 recognition system. (WAY WAY WAY!!!! better than the CAP ppm-1 or ppm-3 also.)

Your setup is tits, man. And you're getting a phenominal yield from GDP. I have gotten almost 2 1/2# from high yielding varieties, but have yet to hit 2# with GDP.

Good job man :respect:

greendream- thanks bro! im trying very hard to hit that 2 lb. per 1k. after this run i'll do all GDP and see if i can accomplish that. right now i have half LUIs and half GDP so i should hit my 2 lbs per 1k since i added co2 and 6 more buckets.

thanks for correcting me. i swear someone told me green air is going out of business and it was their engineer that started sentinel. but i'm sure you would know more then me since i just heard it from someone through the grapevine.

fill in your walk way.my walk way was just wasted space,so i put some extra plants in there.takes a minute to clear them out,but hit the 2# mark without co2.
