Tough call... as Skip said, January was a good month for POTM. There are some seriously amazing photos.

Doobieduck's looks fantastic but I've been drooling over MP's pic since he posted it. The close-up shot of that cola is my desk top BG. Good bud shots are art, the composition, the lighting, the aesthetic of the bud itself & many pics this month qualify as art, IMO.

Just don't forget that you're not voting for the Plant Of The Month, you're voting for the PHOTO Of The Month.
Meaning that focus, lighting, composition, cropping etc should be taken into account.

A great plant shot with a crappy cell phone type camera, where the flash rubs out contrast and detail is but a great plant in a so-so picture IMO.

Great shots all so hard to pick! I ended up going with SoulMachete's Sensi Star. The Quality of the photo is great, clean simple black back drop with a beautiful flower in frame.

I voted for RNDZL because I thought it was the best picture, I guess it's more about who you know than what you do with most of these voters,But one thing is for sure....the Winner will be a well liked mofo, Should be called " most popular picture taker of the month.. just wanted to say this was not personal twords anyone both Benji and MP both deserved to be recognized long ago.Benji is one of the best people here hands down.and M.P.aint too far behind.I posted that cause Iwas a little jellous that I never get nominated Ill keep trying though. either M.P. or Benji are deserving both grow great plants and snap some great pics.
