There isn't a law that says you have to pay taxes. Call the IRS and ask them to send you a copy of the law.

If you believe this silliness that taxes can be avoided legally or the the taxd code is somehow 'unConstitutional', you need to go to the mirror and check your forehead. You'll likely find a big red tattoo that says S-U-C-K-E-R.

Funny thing is most who complain don't even make enough to have to pay.

Well if you don't care that the tattoo is there, I guess there's no point. Just thought you'd like to know.

well all i know is everyone i have informed after talking to my granmother (works in courts) this is infact REAL, is now going to attempt to legally refuse tax

if you can provide the evidence genocide has been comitted and other war crimes, you can legally refuse to pay tax, my friend is going to try and if he is able to get it, his paycheck will rise by £240

Everyone knows if you are an overgrow graduate, taxes are a thing of the past!I would like to say to those not paying say hi to Wesley Snipes for me.He wont be out on bail forever. Its hard to feel bad for people that let other people convince them of some ridiculous notions like you dont have to pay taxes

you do not have to pay taxes while your goverment is using your money to commit genocide, for aslong as theyre in war of aggression you do not have to pay aslong as you go through the proper routes of doing so.

to LEGALLY not pay taxes you must go through the LEGAL SYSTEM.

but with the evidence against the goverment using the tax payer money for war for unjust and corruption, your pretty much guarenteed to eventually not have to pay them tax's

There was a guy in NY that was selling copies of a document that helped people avoid paying taxes. According to him, paying taxes wasn't a law and was unconstitutional.
He ended up going to jail and being forced to turn over his sales records so the IRS and local govts. could nail everyone on the list for tax evasion.

Are you reffering to involvement in Iraq, has a UK, EU or International court found against the UK government to this effect, I would suspect this is their legal loophole.

Cheers

no there isnt anybody who will bring them to justice, the evidence is there, just nobody has the balls to try,

all im trying to say is, save yourself some money while they wage war with your money, while you legally can.

"Render unto Ceasar what belongs to Ceasar"

Here's a little dose of reality ; those bills in your wallet don't belong to you (as a side note , they don't belong to the government either). They were made so you can exchange them for material goods , then they are to be returned . On every bill in the U.S. is printed the saying "this note is legal tender for all debts" (emphasis mine) . Every single note printed and in circulation is borrowed . That money taken by the government is to provide you with roads , ambulances , firetrucks , schools , water & sewage etc.... But , if you really don't want all those things, go ahead and quit paying your taxes .

And whose fault is it for allowing these people to run the government ?

If you really want to make a statement ; Pay off all debts , become as self sufficient as possible , barter for goods as much as possible . It's not the government we should be after . It's the central bank . Politicians can easily be swayed to another (our) side or replaced come election . Unfortunately "We the People" are too divided and too damn complacent to do anything about it . Now , how do we change that ?

on a really good way to do exactly that .

my words, but since the government nowadays is mostly a "part of the game" (voluntary or not) im not a fan of them either.

Now , how do we change that ?

well, there we return to point nr.1, to be as self-governed as possible (physically and mentally) would be a good start imo !?
as you can see im kind of "gandhi-orientated" , we are the power !!!!!!

Think the US taxes are bad now...? hahaha...

Personal income tax is going to be near 50% in less than 10 years, accelerated even faster by current policies being shoved down or throats. Yay, for the progressives, and their pseudo socialism.

I've heard this too. I've read about people trying to bring that into court. It normally doesn't work out too well for them.

Taxes, once they reach a certain point become an instrument of economic slavery IMO. I don't think we are there yet, I'm just sayin'. What percentage of your income, granted you have a job, would you be willing to give to Washington to spend and waste as they wish.

50%, 60%, 90%. Yes I know we had a 90% tax bracket under Eisenhower. What are y'all comfortable with? I'll say that with they way they are spending my money right now. 0% for federal because there is 0% accountability, I don't mind paying local taxes, because it supports my local community.

I don't feel comfortable paying for Nebraska's medicaid for the rest of my life. Local taxes are a good thing, Washington is just stealing for whatever they wish now and have been for the past 20+ years.

I'm curious to see how this all turn out. American apathy is deeply entrenched. How much is too much?
