Dropped their nutes down 100PPM, will give them a few days to let me know.

My to-do list is so long, I'll be lucky to have it all done by the time I harvest. The next cycle is definitely going to be the one to watch, after all of the little issues have been solved.

Some entertainment:

I'm packin' one up and sitting down for this one! That grow lab looks cool as hell with the windows uncovered. How is it for holding light in if you weren't to uncover the windows? Was that bottom nug grown under those newT5's you had mentioned? WOW:yoinks: Keep up the good work

It's light tight when you close the windows. They actually did a good job on this model. No complaints.

I'll be interested to see what they do to fix up the larger one I have. I bet it's going to be pretty sick with windows. Knowing me I'll upgrade just for that alone. It's really convenient and doesn't disturb the environment, saving you money.

That bud was from a buddy's 3KW room. A strain called Lollipop, noted on all the bud tips is a distinct sphere shaped growth.

I don't recommend using T5s for more than veg/side lighting. You miss out on some of the kick and definitely on the yield when compared to HIDs. You tack on sometimes 2-4 oz. extra per plant when using T5 side lighting in bloom. Different spectrums, different results. I have a lot to experiment with over the years to come.

Thanks.

Nice setup, i like your bucket types. Ive never seen them before. Are they kitty litter buckets or you bought the sys?

I currently run through WAY to many airstones. I use the pet store ones, they are like rocks that always flake apart and shit. i was wondering what type yours was and what type of air pump/line you have on it.

I bought the system and don't regret it! It's to the hydro industry as MACK trucks are to commercial construction. BEEF!

They're 8 gallon HDPE food grade storage containers, really sturdy for this application.

The stones in the buckets are just a slight cut above pet store, not flaky like the cheap ones. I'm upgrading to these whenever/if they give.

The air pump is a Danner AP-60. Rock and roll!

EDIT: Ladies are looking better after dropping water level in system and diluting nutes to around 600PPM.

Thats great they dont need much nutes until them roots blow up. Try to keep the water level 1 to 2 inches below the net pots. That lollipop looks kick ass. So did you decide on how big of scrog and what lights yet ?

Workin' on it in obsessive compulsive fashion.

Settled on a 4' x 8' frame. 3 600s or 2 1000s... that's what I'm workin' over.

Why I'm considering 3 600s over 2 1000s is because I may wish to swap out to Atomix Pro.9s in a few grows. A rumored 30-40oz per 600w on a 3-4w veg? Fuckin' A...

Yep your hooked. That system sounds sick 2 to 3 lbs per 600 is nuts I be watchin if it can do that I'll buy one. I don't think you'll be disapointed either way you go 3 600 or 2 1000 dam near same difference. Fuck 30 to 40 ozs a 600 you got me thinkin

Yeah I wanna see his old system that pulled that off of the 600. Because I have a 600 running on an ebb and flo because its to hard running water back and forth in the winter. Do you know how much water that system runs at once. Got me thinking more. My 600 room is 3 x 5 will one off them fit in there.

Me too, it seems almost impossible, doesn't it?

They're only 37" x 37" and hollow. So the only water you mix up is those little reservoirs. I'll figure out more in a few days, I'm planning to call them and get the nitty gritty details.

Look at the little animation on this page showing the roots, it's unreal!

Where can those airstones be bought at if you dont mind me asking? i wouldnt mind picking up a few. The .9 systmes look pretty nice. you keeping the plant count low? or just throwing on of those in there with the mix eventually

Plant count will always be under control.

And just search Google for the stones, better prices than grow stores usually.

googled

googled

I did google em. and went to ebay. i didnt find much of a selection or many for that matter. i found a 4" one for 9$ and a
Active Aqua's new EXTRA LARGE 8 1/2" air for 35$....kind of expensive..lol

and as the plant count. was just wondering if your sticking to under 15ish since you said you were gonna get the pro .9 . its 9 sites right?

Yeah, when I dial things in I can maintain for other patients. If I ran 3 Pro.9s it would be 5 or 6 plants per system.

The air stones are expensive, but of high quality and give champagne bubbles. Which gives you a higher PPM available to the roots.
