I was thinking of quitting if they don't give me more hours next week. I asked for more hours and they're screwing me over with cutting my hours.

so I may be forced to quit. I can't work part time now that I'm done school. I may have to get some kind of office job where i'll definately not meet anyone. but I need money...

i'm actually still studying for my lsat exam in june so I need at least 4 days of work to make enough money to not be totally broke. they gave me 4 shifts the week before and then only 2 shifts this week because of new years. if next week they don't give me 4-5 shifts a week then i'm going to just leave or maybe find another job first then leave.

That's a great idea!! Please, be so kind as to let me give you some professional advice.

Walk into your bosses off and tell that motherf*cker to give you more hours. In fact, tell him you want his job because he sucks at life and is a moron. If he hesitates one sec, reach across the table and bitchslap him into next Tuesday. If you are going to be quitter all your life Yummy, at least be a quitter with some attitude.

After you have wrapped all that up. Go to your local grocery store and get a nice shopping cart and some big plastic bags. They are essential survival tools for homeless people. Make sure the cart has good wheels. Nothing sucks worse than pushing a broken shopping cart down an alley to your cardboard box. Start hitting up the soup kitchens and maby you can pick up some old homeless lady.

I agree with you though, Yummy, fuck him. You can get a job anywhere you want and whenever you want because you are the f'ing man Yummy. QUIT!!

Just do it!

They are always hiring. They kind of have a quick turnover so you'll have to be on your toes. I think you'll do very well.

lol no way i'm working fast food, I have a freakin university degree. the only people around here that work fast food are 15 year old kids and crackheads and immigrants that don't speak english.

yesterday I went to mcdonalds an there was this liek 15 year old asian kid wearing a tie and he is the manager lol. he had acne all over his face from eating all those cheesburgers, Hi sir how may I help you lol.

my job is easy pay sucks but if they give me more hours I'd stay because I don't have to do much I stand around helping customers (with automotive questions and parts) and I sell car parts and pick up phone calls, pretty easy.

plus we always get new girls for cashiers and I get a chance to at least meet some girls lol.

i've been working here for over 2 years. I got pissed and tried to quit a year ago and the owner didn't want me quitting and talked me out of it.

anyways this time they have 3 other full time guys working in parts so they may not even need me for full time hours so this time they may not care if I quit.......

oh well will find out this week. I requested more hours and they were like "we'll see what we can do" they won't give me an answer. I told them to tell me if I can get full hours or not so that I can look for another job if they can't provide me with full hours and thye are bullshitting me "yeah well see what can be done" lol fuk pissing me off.

the new schedule comes out on wednesday so I'll see...

I was going to apply for a job as a dept collecter lol.

i'm not looking for a career or anything right now. I just need to work like 4-5 days a week so I have some cash.

I"m planning on going to lawshool next year if I do good on the lsat if not i'm going to look for a job related to my degree.

If they give me at least 4 shifts a week I won't quit. I'm going to be broke for a while anyways if I get into lawschool I'll be broke for another 3 years.

but if I graduate lawschool with good marks most students get a articling job at a law firm (like an aprenticeship with a lawyer) right after graduating and make 60+ grand a year so thats not too bad.

right now i'm trying to study hardcore for my law school entrance exam which I have to take in june.

i'm not sure if I can even get into lawschool the lsat is like an IQ test, tests your logical reasoning, reading, and writing skills and I have to do much better than the average person to get in.

I guess it makes sense because you love cars so much. Why don't you get an office job with your fancy degree? I know frigtards with no univeristy degree that have desk jobs.
