No Tax on medical Cannabis.

But true that if the taxes are high the Black market will be a good business to be in then..

Only true legalization works in all cases except cannabis hater cases..

BUT to have our cannabis people not wanting to have freedom for the rest of us because they want our money is.. well they can wait for mine is all I can say..

By the way that 750 lbs is to be given @ an ounce a month for collective members.
Free with paid dues.

Yeah, Bombadli $20 an ounce would be okay with me but the truth is that for cannabis to be legalized the government is going to want to get paid ...big. When all things are considered ,I guarantee that costs associated with government intervention will be closer to $145 than $50.

Yep.... my thoughts exactly. They're obviously completely uneducated on just how much prohibition impacts everyone, in every country it's continued in. You can't go 30 seconds of your life without running into something that's connected to it. If you can... you're not fully aware of everything that it impacts...

Stay Safe and ROCK THE VOTE!

I agree one cannot walk in the Mall without passing Cannabis people by the dozen.

I am thankful for those who have been underground with cannabis.. In a way I am one but I didn't sell.

We all deserve the credit for getting to this point but we can't drag our feet because we are comfortable in our local profits.. our brothers and sisters are still going to prison.

Children are losing their families over these bad cannabis laws.

So lets go to freedom.. Friend may have skills that can earn them big bucks as an experienced Cannabis person.. I know I have the skills and some!

Those tax stamps are intended to penalize people, not to enable legal commerce. IE those states prefer to not collect a penny of that tax. CA has already picked $50 per ounce as their tax in AB390.

OP you're friends are idiot pikers. Small time, small minds, stepping over dollars to pick up dimes. I'll make more money under a legal, regulated structure than I could fantasize about in my wet dreams when it's illegal.

750 lbs is 12,000 ounces times $145

I know simple math

The government never divides anything when it comes to taxes taxes except for you from your money.

Okay, I went and actually read part of the bill. $50 an ounce is the tax on the retail side. Up to a maximum $5,000 initial license fee (read tax) followed by an annual $2,500 fee/tax (maximum) on the wholesale side. California gets you coming and going. Plus, you have to pass a background check (another fee/tax) produce an "adequate security plan" which I am sure comes with a fee/tax attached to it.( along with the cost of the security system) Also, there is some other "special" fees. Anyone who is caught with a person under the age of 21 involved in any step of the way from growing to selling is subject to fines and who knows what else.

It pretty much would be like any other business that I have started up in California...comes with a lot of rules/regulations and taxes. You would be dealing with the State Board of Equalization , Franchise Tax Board and other entities for sales tax, workerscomp and other employment taxes, and would of course need to be bonded.

I just see so many other fees/licenses/taxes being added now and in the future.

The up side would be legalization.

Sorry bro, but you're on crack!!:eggnog:
750 (DIVIDED) by 16 is 46.88 (MULTIPLIED ) $145 is $6,797.6
:thanks:

lets see we want to have 1000 members.. Need 1 ounce per month per member..

that 62 ish pounds a month times 12 months = 750 pounds?

Not that I am perfect.. Far from it..

We want to serve low income people. Most on disability cannot pay $200 an ounce nor do we want the to.

I assume $50 monthly fees that include an ounce of what is available would be fair for an income of less than $1000 a month like most on disability have.

Now we figure other members may get bored with the same or won't need an ounce a month and we thought they might donate their ounce of part of their ounce to those with no money.

We are still kicking it around.

Now to find a land owner that will lease the land without wanting a 50% cut of $500 an ounce kind of thing..

Amazing How what should be a civil conversation turns into a name calling

I do not smoke crack
Especially when the name caller cannot do a first grade math problem

Maybe cannabis should remain illegal, it seems to be rotting some peoples brains

Quit being a baby...I was making a joke about being on crack...that is why I even called you bro and used the emoticon--
