I go to the bakery section of the grocery store, when you buy fresh bread the have clear bags so they keep longer, use those, the ones for baguette type french bread are very similar to the shape you need, just cut them down a bit and voilà.
I'll just have to look at the store. All of the bread at the bakery section is kept in open ended paper bags. The ones that are plastic and can be closed have slits in the bag to let the bread breathe. I am thinking a 35 gallon hefty bag should do just fine.
