IME, the only real objection folks have with femmed seeds is the taboo they carry about the issue. In reality, femminizing seeds is a fantastic tool to not only produce consumer demanded product, but it also lends a hand in producing great cultivars fast.
I want any of you folks who throw bad vibes at breeders of femmed lines (which is highly uncalled for IMO and the main reason I chime in on these threads) to give us one good reason it should not be done. If you are going to call sell-out, then IMO you should damn well be ready to back up why you think it is they are selling out.
Just assuming everyone agrees with you on your tabooish stances is naive. And I bet you big coin that just about each and every true professional breeder agrees with me on these points.
There is absolutely nothing that is a "sell out" or anything of that nature when a breeder offers femmed lines. Anyone can produce a crappy line wrought with hermie and mutation, and can do it with either regular or femminized breeding methods.
It is all in selection of the P's, nothing more, nothing less.
Again, you bad vibe throwers, please justify for us your black tone and bad vibes.
Perhaps these types of breeding methods deserve the crap that gets thrown at them, but I have yet to see any sort of good reasons why it is a bad thing. Nothing but taboo...and if we don't know the evils of the public carrying on false taboos, then we are surely blind.
