BTW, thanks for all the good vibes and love guys. I hope everyone is having as much fun as I am. The beauty of it is that no one knows about it. Well, except my parents, but we have fought wars together and would do anything for one another. I trust no one besides them and have learned well to heed their counsel. Aside from that, just you great folks. I'm glad I get to share it with someone.

Man, I fuggin' bounced off the walls when I got my micro cab running. If I had half your setup I'd get priapism from the constant boner.

Appreciate it. I've been lucky enough to have some life experiences that are transferable to growing. I wanted to make the room as forgiving as possible.

To be honest, this is just kind of how I go about my business. Failure is not an option to me and I was always raised to demand the best out of myself. Granted, it was the killing fields at my first grow place. I was burnin' up plants in Rockwool, damping off seeds, on and on. Oh man, trust me, I spent A LOT of time on IC Mag and reading all those books lol.

No excuses though. "There is no such thing as failure, only feedback" (unknown). I had money going into this project, but when I was coming out of college my dad was unemployed, bankrupt, and we were all broke. We are great now after some blood, sweat, and tears. This is really a byproduct of us coming together to get me off all that pharma shit the doctors kept giving me after the transplant. Always educate yourself on your medical situation. Don't rely completely on the medical industry. We have the best, but that doesn't mean they are always looking out for your interest. I saw a lot of people die horrible deaths over the last four years due to ignorance. I don't mean to preach. Just my :2cents:

So far so good. Phew, I'm kinda feeling the pressure over here lol.

:thanks: :smokeit::smokeit::pie:

Thanks guys! I got some more stuff in today. I should get the rest tomorrow. I'm going to install the ventilation system this weekend. I'm definitely not going to use CO2 in the winter. It makes too much sense to use the outside air when it's 60 deg or below. Honestly, I need to get a lot more comfortable with the room before I turn on the gas. This winter will provide a good time to do that. Funny how things works out.

Here are a couple of shots of what's going on.

G-Bomb Moms are really exploding width wise. Not too much stretch, which is good. Nutes are Flora Nova Bloom and RO right now. 2.2EC, pH 6.0 when I checked the bottom rez and filled the top somewhat tonight. Gotta get a higher output RO machine. I f'ing love growing in these Power Grower buckets.

They are definitely too big for me to mess with now. Whatever comes off of them will come off them lol. I plan on making a lot of bubble hash. Probably going to pick up the Isolator. There is some stuff that could be trimmed under the canopy because it's not receiving light. What do y'all think about trimming on Day 15. Would doing that stunt growth significantly? I would only cut what's dying. There where a couple of dead leaves on the floor today. I've never really got a handle on the whole trimming issue. It seems it's a matter of experience and personal preference.

Coco clones

I got one definite KIA. I think I might have gave her an embolism (air bubble trapped in the stem) when I transplanted her. She never looked very good. She was given a proper funeral. More on that in a second.

There are a two more iffy's. One of them is on life support. The other should ok. All the others are trucking along. So only one casualty so far lol. Probably going to be two or three. Four if it gets really hairy.

New growth on some of the Coco clones. I really dig this stuff.

About that funeral....... It was private affair.

Here is what I'm working with right now. Big improvement on the Epic Fail Strain. This is pretty decent bud. It wasn't dry/cured to my anal standards. I have no idea what it is. We shall name the strain, "Damp"

I'm at least happy to see some cloudy trichome heads. Shit, I'm happy to see some trichome heads at all. If you thought Strain Epic Fail was bad. Check this out.

Someone sold me some of this on the cheap. He called it Bubblegum. It was sinsemilla too. F'ing garbage.

I bought it because I was pretty desperate. When I was teenager I bought some of the nastiest, driest, Mexican schwag you could get, but we would damn sure smoke it all. This was only weed I couldn't smoke. I reel from even writing that sentence. That's like throwing beer out the window, WTF?! I've smoked some f'ed up shit, but I couldn't smoke these black market "meds." If a picture is worth a thousand words, then this picture is worth a thousand "motivations."

Hope everyone is enjoying their holiday season!

So, I was about to go to bed and was browsing around on IC Mag and I run across my fellow Attic Dweller, Lone Wolf, with his attic grow. Of course, he has a picture of a phat, juicy pizza on there and my munchies go into overdrive. My kitchen isn't put together yet so I don't have any food here and I'm in hardcore BFE. No delivery and it's way too late anyway. SHIT!

As I begin eating my computer screen I remember I have 6 inches of Subway glory in my mini-fridge in the office. VICTORY!!! I wipe the saliva from my computer screen and begin to partake in the feast.

All is well.

That's a beautiful setup gramps, one of the nicest attic builds I've ever seen.
I'm surprised how little of that space you actually use, myself, I would have packed it wall to wall, lol.
Gorgeous all the same

Thanks. I hear you on it taking a lot of time to build out a proper grow space. It's worth it in end though. There has been some really shitty weather and without everything rigged up yet, the room stays at 75deg (day), 68 (night), 45% humidity. It doesn't budge. It will be even better in the summer when I can seal it up and just use the A/C and gas.

I've got a busy weekend ahead. I've got some long roots and new top growth in the Aerocloner. The ventilation system is going in, the 2x4 Veg area should be setup with everything transplanted. This will be first time messing with ebb and flow. Everything has been aero or hydroton to this point.

I plugged in my 8in Vortex fan into the 8in carbon fiber cone. It looked kind of puny sitting next to the CAN filter. I have it running in the room and it seems to be working so far lol and it's been several hours. When I unwrapped I thought "no way this is going to work." I'll have a better idea tomorrow. I heard they may not last long?? We'll see.

The 8in Vortex is soooo much quieter and better built. Very soild construction. The active air felt like it was made in China. Very happy with that purchase.

I can't wait to see what the 4x4 table is going to look like. How many clones do you think I should put on there. You can see how indica dom the growth structure is. They are wide and leafy. I think have around 55 or so. I only plan on vegging them for a few days. Any ideas?? I defer to people with more experience than I.

Right now I run 7 rows of seven minus 1 for fill and drain if ya can get them into flower early enough(8"-12"), two weeks in lollipop'em n leave them alone. I also have a few trays that have about half that as they got too big so I scrog'ed em. Check out Dongle69's thread http://icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=108395 she really knows how to rock the trays with coco. Karma, One Love

 Thanks for the tips!

My room is geared up very similar to Dongle's. I took a lot of inspiration from her thread. It was her thread that sold me on Coco and trays. I used Lazyman's CO2 thread for guidance as well.

I'm thinking I may use about 40 clones, transplant them into the veg area and let the roots settle. When I start to see some good new growth I'll throw them in flower. I'm going to save one as a mom. How's that sound? If I put too much into the tray I'll have to to just throw out the excess . I don't have a place to put them right now. As soon as the big G-Moms are done flowering I'm moving that system in the veg room for my moms and add another 4x4 table in the flower room.

I'm clearing all that smoking stuff (bongs, etc) out that I had in the grow room and organizing it such that I'll be able to add one or two more 4x4's in the near future. 4k w/ 4 4x4s is as far as I'm going to take this room.

I'm probably looking at adding a third light sometime in the spring and the 4th sometime after the summer probably. I'm in no rush at the moment. I'm still getting used to going to work, etc, etc. You really have to kind of start all over again after going through a BMT (bone marrow transplant). Everything is completely different both mentally and physically. Not necessarily a bad thing in my case.

I got one of the vortex fans too. Fantastic purchase. Quiet, powerful, 10 year warranty. No frills here!
