Nice....love the natural approach to dealing with pests. Nothing better to kill a pest than its natural predator!! Love it!!

Now, just get it all on film, in macro, and slow motion so I can watch the ladies be cleansed by other ladies (bugs)....hehehe.

Would be cool to watch the lady bugs search and scavenge and eat up all the borg though....lol.

scuffing?

scuffing?

Wspman- I hope you read my Fly Method of germinating.

The Fly Packs you purchased have half Cinderella 99 BX-1 and half Sonic Fly seeds.

As I posted this morning I am advising everyone who has purchased Cinderella 99 BX-1 and F1 seeds to scuff the seeds before they are soaking them for 2-3 days.

This is because the seeds cases on the Cinderella are harder and thicker than most! This is essential for a higher germ rate.

I look forward to your success!

Hello Folks
It’s been so long since I posted on this thread, I don’t know where to start. First let me say, “ I hate bugs!” Bugs suck big time. The spider mites wiped out everything, they are tough little bastards! I tried everything to get rid of them, at first I tried to be eco friendly. I tried the ladybugs, that didn’t work. In the end, I finally used the poison. I have plants in 3 different places in my house, flower in back bedroom, veg in hall closet and clone in a different bedroom closet. The borg spread to all. The smart thing would have been to chop everything, bomb the place and start over. But I’m hardheaded, I didn’t want to loose my sssdh keeper and I paid for my fly packs, they weren’t free testers so I was determined to save my plants. In the end, I threw out everything but the fly packs and the sssdh. 9 strains in all, down the drain.
Saving the fly packs wasn’t easy. I sprayed them to kill the mites and nursed them back to health. Took clones from the new growth and threw out the rest. As luck would have it, just as I thought I was back on track, the spider mites showed up againL They really suck!
Anyway, I haven’t posted because I haven’t had any good news to report until now. Ok, let’s recap since it’s been so long. From the first fly pack, we had 8 of 10 beans pop and of those 5 were female. Plant number 2,3,4,6 and 8. From fly pack 2, we had 7 of 10 beans pop of which 4 were female. Plant number 10, 12, 14 and 16. I know, I know 8 and 7 equals 15. I must have been high when I numbered them, somehow I missed the number 15 and it was not used.
Ok, fly pack 1 was the worst damaged and therefore the last to recover enough to flower. Here are pics from fly pack 2. These 4 ladies started 12/12 cycle on 10-17. These pics were taken on 11-23 so the ladies are 37 days into flowering. I have 2 plants from fly pack one flowering a couple weeks behind and the other two vegging getting ready to flower so with a little luck, I will be able to post pics of all eight ladies from both fly packs.

look very nice how the smell ?

Of the 4 girls from fly pack number 2, only the f-14 plant smells of pineapple and her scent is very strong. When I move this plant, you can smell the pineapple from several feet away. Looks like she will yield the least of the four:( The other three do not smell fruity at all. It's a skunky, cat piss smell. Tomorrow is day 50 so I'm takin' a bunch of pics today.

Glad to see you back WSPMAN! The borg can be difficult to get rid of. I have had good success with Pyrethrum foggers. Usually takes two applications to get rid of 100% of mites. Haven't seen any in a few years... In your case I would put all your plants in one area and fog those pests out! And then scrub your 3 rooms down with bleach to kill any mites that may have jumped ship!!

Looking Great bro considering the attack your plants went through! Fine work hanging in there.

Shizzamm!!! WSPMAN- there's enough frosting on those buds to cover several large cakes... Great work bro! Looking forward to your smoke report.

Like I have said all along, my Cinderella 99's are done at 52 days! No need to let them go longer!

Big Up's,

Thank you very much. I really put a lot of work into these. It's so easy for stoners (aka. me) to leave things unfinished. After the borg wiped me out, it would have been easy to just walk away from this thread and start over. I have been workin on these babies since July:( Next batch of pics will be 3 plants from fly pack #1. The f4, f6 and f8. I saved clones from all 5 girls from fp#1 so the other 2 will be flowered next. The f2 and f3 were the worst damaged. wspMosca, did you ever reveal the strain used in the cross with c99 to make the sonic fly? Sure would be nice to know what I have been working with, pm me and let me know.
