If there is a better strain then sensi,s Herer?(yield and High) Have,nt found it yet!!! i still grow the 99, its close, not as strong,

serious seeds kalimist.if you can get the pre 98 cut they say its great. but i have not smoked it .so i would not know i have some 2000 seeds and its some of the strongest smoke i could grow it only takes like 2 -3 hits and your in the clouds .it got a long high.
i have heard it is up their with super silver haze.Jack Herer. the right phenom and you are set with a sativa very exotic tast and smell.i think its got a south east Asia flavor

I like it very much, it's fantastically uniform for seed stock these days and generally potent with some individuals being great.I still havn't found a pheno that was as hazy as I might like.The high is soaring, so to speak, and very long lasting.It certainly is by no means a bad choice and could certainly be mine if I could find a bit more haze, but fantastic individuals I have found, crummy individuals I have not, so its pretty damn good overall .Just my wee opinion.I know some bikers that love it too, that and SSH is all they smoke.Sometimes they have to..eh hem, calm down...Chaco.
His prices are GREAT and I've heard nothing but positive news about his wares.
Hold, on that other breeder's JH I certainly don't know how it smokes or compares to real JH because I've never had either. Lets face it, it's a knockoff. Kind of like his recipe. But I've seen the grow reports and it's a fricking killer of a plant. It's almost like AK47 on steroids it grows such massive buds, really impressive in that regard. All his strains are priced really well. Seems to me he brews up some serious sativas and a few ultra medical indica types.
Is it feasible to find the pre 98 Kali Mist anywhere? I hear people talk about it but really don't believe the current version of Serious Kali is that similar nor that Western Winds is that much like it.

i've got some Nirvana Jock Horror that i have followed a few grows of. Looks really good once you find the right mum. I wonder if it retains its interesting high...

Jack is good but i have had stuff that blows jack out of the water easy. off the top of my head... thaihaze, the right pheno of ssh, numerous unknown Grass Valley strains etc. Don't get me wrong i plan to buy some jack herer seeds but its not at the top of my list and I know I have smoked better.
Depends,, from seed then 'no' it's not worth the high cost involved for just one run/grow 
If grown to mother/clone however,, then Jack Herer is worth every penny invested
The only reason we still don't grow JH today,, is because we grew so much of it before now that we need a break from the vibe for a while
Tip: the 77day types are the most productive and relaible plants to work with from clone.

Anyone have any opinions on the "Jack Flash" hybrid produced by Sensi Seeds?
They took the baseline genetics from JH and blended it with Super Skunk to make it a faster flowering variety. I've got the beans and I'm wondering if they're worthwhile to crack. There's just so many choices out there....it's hard to pick these days.

I've tried both and Jack is way better than Jack Flash. There was a grower in my area the made his own cross of Jack and Sensi's Hindu Kush and that was better than the Jack. I think Sensi should have picked their Hindu Kush instead of the SuperSkunk for Jack Flash.

ive a pk of jack herrer got them last summer but still havnt popped then due to space but going to send them to a bud to do a grow show on here .
hopefully there will be a keeper or two. and a nice male in thus pack .

Sensi,s Herer is the best!!! I thought about trying some SSH from mr nice, Its hard to try somthing new, when you know you already have the best!
I purchased my first JH in 1997 and kept two mothers for 5 years.I made a lot of crosses,mostly with colombian and Guinea-Bissau (most probably an angolese variety) and made several f2 lines
crossed several lines with a Destroyer male vintage 2001 and docummented the results...gone with OG
In 2004,I came across an awesome DC line and quit working with the JH & hybrids...
I have access to several good JH keepers,but no one gets close to my favourite JH vintage ´97
here´s a JH bud grown outdoors by my good friend GrassMan :wink:
I call it "Jade Herer"

The 'Jack Herer' strain is very, very popular strain with the Oregon medical-marijuana community. It may well be one of the most favored.
Having said that and having grown this strain for 5+ years, I would say that knowing 'how to grow' is a major part of getting this strain to perform as intended.
i.e. very few Oregon medical growers do well with this and that has to do with the 'accepted' growing paradigm, i.e. FFOF, Big Grow, Tiger Bloom and the rest of the crap out of Arcata, California.
Organic growers do very well with this strain.

I have 5 baby herer going right now all organic I would never grow any other way. should be outstanding smoke.
