im still at the full front but i dont want to declare war to the whole medical community , long story short...many tactics that may work elsewhere will tragically fail here . the soft way is the only way to go .

i even try the private medical system aka where you pay everything .they have no rhumatologist in the private . ive searched and called every private clinics .they gave me reference to rhumatologist in the general public system .

first thing i want to make clear here is i am in need of medical treatment asap .i have the worst pain in a very long time and the side effects of the medication reached new level and make my life into perpetual hell .

lyrica the new impotency drugs ,any of you ever had a epidural injection that numb the whole lower part of your body for a surgery ?

well ladys and gentelmens , lyrica make me fell like i am on an epidural , i dont feel my genital anymore and i cant have an erection .the holly humiliation

i know many of you will crack a laugh here but i dont wish this to happen to any of you .

at the beginning you have hard time to achieve an ejaculation and slowly you move to total and complete impotancy . yes lyrica will turn you into mr limp dick , fuck off your dignity

this shit made my arthritis and swollen fucking twice as brutal .

oh....the doctor will be in a urge to give you viagra or cialis to compensate the 'side effects' of lyrica combined with their shit ....guess what...it dont work over the overmedicated body .lyrica is a strong chemical castration .

i am in fucking pain and i mean it . medicinal mj help me a lot but it dont make my disease go away . it help me for real and i dont have enough mj to suply myself and no $ to buy some on the black market . my outdoor crop was stolen and was shitty anyway because of the weather .

Well Mr.Noodle they did the same crap to me before you know it your on 5 different pills and really feeling sick. Our Dr.'s are pill pushers for the Gov. and most of them don't care. One thing that might help you is called Zytram XL it's a new pain drug you can bring that up next time you go. You will have to get the 300mg dose atleast that is the highest it goes. Everyone is different and react differently to pain meds so remember that and Dr.'s know this. peace out Headband707

i suffer from severe chronic pain, some ligament, some ortheo, most nuerological, and fuck does kush help take the edge off, or sativas for active highs during the day.

dr dog, i seriously dont see any sick people being punished by the system for something their citizenship entitles them to. raising awareness will ultimatly help the cause not hinder it. this world was built on playing hardball, and if thats what it takes, thats what it takes. if someone is suffering and can make the news, it will scare the medical community, trust me, theyl want no more stories about bad guy docs. and they will see that people are willing to stand up for their rights. its something i would do if i was given a hard time, but that is also just me and my resolve that i can share. i talked to my contact at cbc and she said the story would do well and she wants noodles to contact her to run the story, i cant see that letting canada know whats happening hinder the movement, but again, thats me and my bent of character.

being positive for me now is all i have, i was in another nearly fatal collision on tuesday the 10th nivember and have no more time or energy to tip toe around the system anymore, but again, that is me and my mortal self taking over. we dont have forever the way most people act, im on borrowed time as it is as this is the 3rd accident in 3 years ive walked away from.

if anyone has access to intramuscular stimulation therapy(i.m.s.) it will do wonders for pain anywhere, ive been going for 3 years, and its really helped wjhen i thought i was on the chopping block,

Last week, met with both - both pulled out the same letter from the alberta college of physicians and surgeons - stating basically MM is only certified for use by MS (? memory isn't working so good tonight?) patients; any perscriptions for other disease/condition could result in disciplinary action.

It's not the doctors we need to be lobbying - its health canada and the provincial regulatory bodies...

The funny part is - rheumatologist then suggested that other patients had found bc chemo to be the most effective strain... ?!? I'm thinking he feels his hands are tied by the system currently; if he's advising what strain works, yet won't sign the paperwork - says a lot in my eyes.

Your right the Dr.'s do have this letter from the College but there are Dr.'s giving this out and not just because of MS... All Dr.'s have a right to say no but they don't all listen to the College as the College has been full of shit before, and are still full of shit. Only smart Dr.'s know the score. I would tell your Dr.'s that I want a referal to a Dr. that does prescibe pot or I report this .Sorry DOC. I see your not going to help but I need marijuana and this is what I need to do to get it. Personally I think the Dr.'s that I have run into are assholes.

my doctor with i had a feud called me back , he wont sign my b formula but he offered me is sincere apology and offered me to take care of me again if i still want of him .

i told him i was not at war with him and he explained me more in detail in a off record discussion that the colleges is a regime of terror . he told me they are fucked in the head and a bunch of severely corrupted alcoholics for the whole majority . he told me he know for fact that these olds elite peoples get fucking evil advantage from the pharmaceuticals that generously go around the law to 'grant' whoever is prescribing their poison .

he said cesamet is a joke and he know it ... he seriously told me he was under constant intimidation from the college . they discourage all their doctor,specialist at any cost .he also told me when they found that one of them filled a prescription...he became an infidel and he have to go under convocation and perpetual phone call . they also search to fuck the doctor at any cost with anything else .all on a sudden the doctor have patient that fill complaint against them ...patient they meet only once and after the signature of your paper . basically they dont fired them because of the well known shortage of resource in the medical field . he told me that if they where enough doctor in the province that the college would not hesitate a second to fired any doc of fill the b formula .

they can just to show to the community that do it and and you are screwed .they will bring the doctor under disciplinary for everything they can and use the fact they prescribed drugs as an evidence of disciplinary behaviour

im starting to thing that the whole program is at risk now because its systematically and almost virtually impossible to have the Canadian medicinal marijuana program to function if the opponent use pure sabotage and illegal intimidation .

many sector of the Canadian system is corrupted ...thats why Canada is going to hell at such a pace . nothing work like it supposed to be or used to be 25 years ago. every public services turned to total shit .

9:53 am August 31st, 2009 The following letter was sent to the editor of the Vancouver Sun:

I am writing in response to Kim Bolan’s article published on July 23rd concerning the so called Senate hold-up of Bill C-15, which would impose mandatory jail terms for drug producers and traffickers.
The Conservative government has a field day every time a bill they introduce arrives in the Senate. Instead of allowing the Senate do it’s constitutionally mandated job of studying legislation to ensure its worthiness and effectiveness, we are constantly forced to defend our work to the general public. Maybe the “hold-up” in the Senate reflects hesitation on the part of Canada’s chamber of sober second thought to pass a Bill based in ideology rather than fact. Or maybe it comes from a desire to think carefully about the consequences of changing our laws based on partisan thinking.
Bill C-15 received 1st Reading in the House of Commons on February 27th, and took 49 sitting days to be passed on to Senate. The Senate received the Bill on June 9th, and had only 6 sitting days to do what the House of Commons accomplished in 49 days. Ms. Bolan’s article quoted Minister Nicholson as admitting that he “had a hard enough time getting that bill through the House of Commons” and that with three times the number of parliamentarians and resources.
In its current form, if Bill C-15 was to become law,thefinancial burden of the majority of the prison sentences (less than two years) contained within the Bill would fall on the provincial government and not the federal government.
Provincial courts are already dealing with backlogs; this Bill will only worsen the strain on the system. If this bill is really designed to target “gangs and organized crime activity,” why does it include six month sentences for individuals growing as few as six plants? Instead of quickly and efficiently convicting organized criminals, traffickers, and dealers, the courts will be backed up with the influx of people caught growing a few plants in their backyards.
We in the Senate have an obligation to the Canadian people to properly and thoroughly study all legislation, and come the fall, when parliament resumes, we will do just that with Bill C-15.
The Conservative Government should not be playing politics with people’s lives – we, as Canadians deserve better

I'm in a good place right now - a decade ago I remember having a hard time getting a weeks worth of T3's at a time (start of my orthopaedic issues). Now I'm probably rivaling pharmacies for stock levels on some things. REALLY good place to be... This is partly why I don't feel I can push too hard for them to sign, it's really nice when you can make a phone call on a bad day and get a script - not having to hit the emergency room / walk in (where you're not likely to get what you need anyway).

Sorry this is one of the things that pisses me off the most. As soon as you are on pain pills your considered a "drug seeker" . What exactly are you supposed to do with the pain, chew gum? i would recommend a great book called the medical mafia by a french canadaian author named, Ghislaine Lanctot. it uncovers the corrupt pharma backed canadian medical system. bad food = dis ease = sickeness = drugs = trips to cabo and cars for doctors and populkation and mind control for civilians. very eye opening to say the least.

im bummed that our system fter almost 10 years only has 4000 people and hc promised a supreme court 500,000 by this time.

canadians are well known for being very submissive and aquiessant to the powers that be. i strongly believe that if more people came out of the closet(no pun intended haha), that it would gain more acceptance and more docs will be more open. its an idealistic view with realistic goals imvho. i talked to my doc today to up my script becuase of a recent nearly fatal mva. hes rad and never questions me, i always feel good leaving his office because he is as open minded as me, and we talk on the same level.

i told my gp that no was not an option, so she refered me and in 2 months my script was signed.

my script expired recently and hc is dragging their feet with my renewal. they told me that no police or authority can interven with my meds or crops that are still running becuase im in a renewal stage. i started growing the day my doc signed and havent stopped. so by the time i get my new card and it expires, ill have grown for 3 years with 2 lisences, and police know wher i live and have photo copis of my paper work from a previous inspection.

i never thought about pot for therapy before my first accident. i was on a sober kick to be honest, then boom, pot help save my mind body and soul from victim hood of disability. i changed my diet, meditate daily and medicate heavily. my pain never goes away, but it doesnt mean i have to feel bad about it. i did alot of research and field testing. filled out the papers and got them signed.

if anyone tells their doc that pot is the only answer, its not as good as tellking them youve made menatl, physical and emotional adjustments(lifestyle) and pot is the missing link in it all, thats what works, its what you use, and dont want to be criminalised for medication.

i wish everyone the best of luck, ive helped 8 people get their scripts so far, and they never would have believed they could have before...... d

ps, oxycontin is linked to killing more users(legal or non) in the last year or two then ever before, bring statistics about your issue in writing. ive lost 3 friends to oxycontin, 2 are dead, one is almost there, that is not medicine, its a joke that is far from funny.....

Well when I went to one of the clubs here the person that runs that club told me to tell the Dr.'s that you need trichome toffee which means you have to grow to get that as it's $80.00 gram . Let your Dr. know that you are well informed about bud, even if they are not. This is once you get the green light to grow. I wouldn't argue with any Dr. as this is not my job to change their minds. But I think it's extremely important to tell your Dr. .Everyone need to try and to stop the stigma surronding pot.
