tips on ordering seeds..

got nothing to say about the mail strike - thats news to me.
but i do gotta say be weary or those 'pre-paid' credit cards, as 90% of them dont have the secruity info required to order murchandise from most online shops, including the seedboo..one thing i did learn in the experience, besides having 2 extra prepaid cards totalling $600USD, is that money orders is where its at. thats unless secruity is not an issue for you and you are able to use your own personal credit card.

gotta say it was a long and confusing ordeal, but gypsy and his staff were nothing but helpful.

so long story short - if you choose to order from anywhere hit up the seedboutique.. and like mentioned b4 - UPS and FEDEX Aren't on strike so spend the extra buck!! you wont be sorry..

ohh and gypsy - whats up with rezdog? he gonna get some new stock in soon or what???

Best right now to order using an overnite service..(if you do you get an EXTRA 'Freebie') since there is a lag in the regular incoming mail due to this pesky strike action by the Royal Mail....

Overnite mail such as fedex, ups, dhl e.t.c. has not been affected at all since it is not part of The Royal Mail...

I never had to use UPS/FEDEX with my order, however i did priority mail my M.O. just for quicker service..

go to 'contact us' section at the boo. the seedboutique's staff is very helpful, send them a couple lines and they'll get back to ya right quick.. just remember we're in totally different time zones so it may take just a little bit. good guys tho, i would never consider ordering elsewhere.

OK, I will contact them, and then I am going to bed...
It will take a few days for me to get that refund on the money order...maybe a week, but if I have to do that and reorder, so be it.

A full-on Royal Mail strike will affect all regular air-mail post coming into and going out of the UK to anywhere on the planet, currently we don't have this situation...(maybe next thursday).....It will not affect mail delivered by private courier companies such as fedex, ups, dhl, tnt e.t.c.....we will not send orders out via fed-ex, ups e.t.c. unless you have a valid medical card....because otherwise it could not be construed as unsolicited mail if intercepted by the wrong people and this could get you into hot water....


We should be seeing some new Rez listings next month sometime steppinRazor...

Yeah, me too, I placed the CC order because I was in the process of getting a medical rec. The worst I could expect was that customs might snag the seeds, and I'd have to try again. But they made it here no problem!

I got some last week and placed a new order! Is this why the new order hasnt shipped yet? I expected them to ship days ago because the first order was only in the packing dept for a day. this new order has been in there for about 4 days now

what about orders from the bay? Now im worried if i send in the 300$ I may never see the product. how about some words on this gypsy

well, since i mailed my M.O. on the 21st of September...and the article about the huge back log was posted on the BBC on the 24th of Sept., I am assuming mine is one of the backlogged pieces of mail that may never get delivered. 20 days, and they still have not received payment.
