That just because meth may perceivably help keep you alert for longer periods of time (a true medical effect) the side-effects vastly outway any small perceived benefit.

The soilders may have seemed like they were better at what they did but in they end they lost so meth wasn't as beneficial as it seems.

Much like the millions of idiot tweekers running around my hometown thinking they are acheiving great things when they are really just destroying everything and not even knowing it.

It's the medical MJ laws that are giving people the liberty to speak out without fear of persecution, and showing society that making it illegal is BS because it's less harmfull that many pharmaceuticals.. Yep,they SAY that Hitler was tweaked out on all of his speeches and rallies on meth..and thats why he talked the way he did..completely belligerent..and not only his army have used meth..or any other stimulant to stay alert,and stay awake during post..DEFINITELY the Burmese armies have produced and used it,some say most South/Central American armies,ofcourse African armies and rebel soldiers..some like the Africans and South Americans use cocaine instead..now am not saying THEY ALL use shit like that,but there are def quite alot of soldiers that do..staying alert can mean the diffrense between life and death..

baby steps first, considering trying to "blast" the govt with facts hasnt worked all these years, just proves how ignorant or downright STUPID people can be. One needs to throw something more effective in their faces, something they cannot turn down, well sick people are quite an effective front, effective to the point that they cannot do without - soooo in that sense it's a good side to fight from, but there's an overall injustice still, even when the dust clears, that needs to be looked at by everyone, sick or not.. and i hope that time is coming...

legalization in the sense that "oh i'm gonna go to 7/11 and buy a pack of doobies today" is different than legalization in the sense that:

this is a plant. it should be treated as a plant. I can grow a plant in my backyard and burn it, compost it, eat it, look at it, WHAT THE FUCK EVER I WANT WITH IT.

THAT is legalization my friend. When nobody is going to hassle me or tax me or bother me for anything I do related to cannabis.

so I fail to see how full on legalizing (just like any other garden variety produce i.e. carrots, lettuce etc) will put "distribution in the government's hands"

I grow my own lettuce, I dont see the govt touchin my 100% organic romaine and distributing it to me?....
(I give some to my neighbors as well, if I did this with cannabis, and so did anyone else that knows how to grow, you literally ARE "overgrowing the govt")


when I go down to the store and purchase lettuce thats USDA approved. yeah. the govt inspected it and made sure there aint lil aliens or e coli bein shipped out to me. I am somewhat (hopefully) re assured that the mass produced product I am buying is fit to consume.

I am fine with USDA regulating COMMERCIAL marijuana grows (the guys that will be supplying those packs at 7/11). Making sure that plants are not getting bombed with pyrethin during flower, etc etc.

Treat cannabis just like any other crop.

Most the guys on here that say oh its impossible to make it on green in cali are trying to dissuade you mostly because they are scared you will take a cut of there market, Honestly Ive been out here 9 months same thing your friends doing, not in sonoma but your name tells me where you really want to be, if i went back to the beginning of my posts I was still living on the east coast but my name still NorCalfor20 because that's where I wanted to be, now im here and i love it and im never going back- follow your dreams man, just make sure you have something to fall back on if things don't work out.

Sometimes I remind my self I could just as easily be doing this back home with practically no risk due to my security measures, but I like it out here. If the carolinas go medical then I might go back for a while and see if I can bring what I learned to enrich the medical scene there but I will be back to California to live out my days for sure....

People like us who move here to get into the industry are stimulating California's economy, Your buying supplies (paying taxes) your using energy (taxes again) your paying ca sales tax on every thing you buy, and when your product is done the collectives that are providing to the patients are also paying sales tax (in oakland even a city drug tax) the collectives pay income tax (local and federal) and without all of this happening would be a much larger illegal marijuana market , patients wouldn't have 24/7 access to medicine in a safe environment, and no taxes would be paied.

Medical Marijuana is keeping California alive and if totally legalized (medical and recreational)the state would benefit even more. We can only change this country one state at a time and California is the stomping grounds for legalization. If you want to come to California and make a living doing what you love who is to tell you not to come roll the dice with us?
