Massive Outdoor DK 09 Corn Field Grow

sorry for not updating for awhile

regarding corn fields then ive been laying for for some time and not visited them
ill go visit them soon and keep my fingers crossed that most are safe and ready to be harvested at the end of this month

things are growing in the garden also although not as big as least year cause they where kept in small container for some time before being put out in the garden

also my outdoor closed 12/12 plants are growing nice ( i hope to have some time for an picture update soon)
all the closet ones looks great and smell even better, only the Sour Diesel seems to be yielding poorly but it might have been shaded
i look forward to running them in larger numbers later to test them further
all the strains in that grow are looking really sticky and smelling even better
esp the double dutch and the fat russians are some really sticky and high yeilding ones
cant wait for the test smoke later

within the next week ill go check the corn plants and take pictures but ill have to wait a little to post them
hope things clear up later so they can be posted

expect an written update from the corn fields and a picture update from the garden within the next few days

i am real curious to see how it goes.

I will never do a cornfield grow here. I read in the newspaper that they used the cannacopter in all the cornfields in our region and at the border with holland.

In our country they found none , but in holland they found 45.000 plants with that canna sniffing helicocksucker

here in Germany the CornSession is over!!!
They started to chop the cron this weekend!!!
i did harvest my plant just one day befor the field were harvested!!!!
When they will start chopping in Denmark!!

yehh the cannacopper is a bitch...also used to sniffing out the big Indoors in the Nl..crazy!!

things are a bit hectic atm but i hope to get an update done soon

heres they often chop the corn at first week to second week in october but last year i lost a field to a farmer harvesting early
when i started the harvest at last week of September one field was already harvested
to bad i lost about 15 great looking Erocket x danish passion from Esbe
this year im hoping for the best
im harvesting the last weekend in this month, meaning the coming weekend
im getting a hired help in
ill go inspect before that and hopefully they will all be there ( expect one field which i have already lost and why ive been keeping a low profile, but more on that later when the skies have cleared)
my plan is in the coming week to inspect the fields before getting the hired help in
hopefully ill get some of smaller fields harvested myself ( carpatian, auto lotze and others)
il also take some pictures there in case the harvest process gets to busy or hectic for taking pics

in my own garden my closet babes ( happy brother, cheese, sweet skunk, sssdh, and sour diesel and the buckets with fat russians and double dutch was started the 17th of july meaning that on monday they will have gone 8 weeks so im starting to flush the buckets with fat russians and the bucket with double dutch's
the DD and FR's are looking like some really high yielding babes with lots of grease
the bucket with the other ones will be flushed in 1,5 week or so

in my outside garden theres lots of pretty babes flowering ( pix soon i promise)
i found a really nice looking pheno from the danish passion x nepal which ive succesfully cloned for use next year and in breeding
shes really nice
single cola, a little leavy maybe for trimming but shes covered in greasy and theres tricomes way out on many of the bigger fan leaves
she definately has some potential for outdoor SOG and as a hash producer

i also have some of esbes hybrids flowering and some Bifrost bubblegum from sagaseeds and others
im in the process of cloning most of the mothers in the greenhouse
then ill keep the mature mothers and reverse the flowering inside soon for the most important producers and let the rest flower in the greenhouse

things are a little hectic right now but ill try getting a photo update out soon

harvest this weekend but ill do an inspection and photo shot in the corn before that

update i hope to also do before the weekend cause as soon as harvest starts ill be drowning in work and seeds for awhile

i hope for a good harvest that will clear some skies that have been over my head for a long time
and i hope for a good harvest also to all you guys out there

the cops harvested my second largest field with 200-300 plants but i hope the biggest and the other small ones pull in

i also hope you guys manage to pull in your harvest without too many thieves, no matter of they are dressed as pigs or not

yes dp x nepal is showing some really nice phenoes
i was a little woorried about the nepal part lowering the potency a little
but of course theres variation in the phenoes but danish passion has for many growers proven to turn everything into gold it touches and in this is also what happened here
some grow larger than others
some more brancy than others but all has from good to outstanding resin coverigde
to bad i didnt do this cross in larger numbers but only have seeds from one DP mom
ive cloned an specially good looking pheno im keeping as mom to use next year and also in my future breeding program
shes so nice and greasy ( ill post pix of her soon)
pure single cola greasy stick, yum yum
theres other bigger and higher yielding phenoes from the cross but this lady really stands out as a candidate for a future danish hash plant

yes Erocket x Danish passion is in my head one of Esbes best crosses!
i ran her last year as f2 but lost many of them to a farmer harvesting early and this year im running her crossed with Royal Dane
have one of them at home in the garden and also some out in the corn fields
my field with Early Danes and mighty might x b3n7.... was harvested by cops but i have a little ED left from last year and some MM x b3.. in my own garden for display later
very impressed with Esbes hybrids
the MM cross started a little disappointing for me as they where slow growers and very suspectable to PM but after treating them with baking soda they are fine and they suddenly started shooting very well when the first flower has started and are now looking to give a very nice harvest, judging from my garden plants, as the cops harvested the corn ones

when i get more time ill be making an update with all those pix i have waiting and some never ones

a local tipped me that one of the big corn farmers up here starts to harvest Friday morning
this has pushed my plans as i was planning to start my harvest in the weekend on onwards but i guess the very good weather we have had here lately has pushed the date for the corn

i just came home from harvesting my first field
i spend 2 hours trying to find my little plot with 9 Auto Lotze but i had to give up
i had a direction but the plot is difficult cause that field had 45 degree rows so row counting is useless
i thought the direction was enough but seemed it wasnt

i harvested 6 large bags of seeded pot at the Danish passion field
if the percentage of mature seeds are ok there will be a shit load of seeds available later once ive harvested all fields, processed them and starts sorting seeds
ive hired help already for seed sorting and also for harvest help so there should be some seeds from last year available at various places and more a little later once the seeds from this harvest ( some of the seeds are already available but due to censorship i cant say where)
Seedbay will also get a smaller amount later and also some for the server funding scheme

due to security reasons which ill explain later ill not post pics from the corn fields before all is harvested and processed but ill make an update from the garden later as i have a shit load of pix i haven't had time to post yet
i take many pix from the DP field just before harvest and also shot a little video, although a little dark

ill try to make updates but it probably wont be on a regular basis as im very busy with harvest right now
but all pix shot will be posted sometime as soon as its possible

sorry you could't find that plot...but maybe you should try look for it again the following days?Nway gladd you still got to harvest some plants....and seeds later on...maybe next time you can use a gps reader next time? that would be so much easyer ?

Gunnar,if you get the chance watch a grow DVD by the redneck ninja,its a Canadian production maybe not as polished as browndirtwarriors(I tried to get BDW's but his site is down so someone bought me Redneck ninjas production as a gift)but its more applicable to your grow as some of the crop is cornfield specific,he grows 420 plants many of them along the margins of cornfields,his favourite variety is Catpisz which finishes flowering mid-september,the corn in his location is 10-12 feet tall,its an entertaining 2 disc grow DVD,I actually thought of your grow as I watched it due to the cornfields.
