Just a suggestion, when giving advice on amounts of molasses or anything else for that matter it would be of much greater value if you listed all your nutrients and addatives.
Relief's comment that he uses RO water is very important to know because if someone is using hard well water they will have a different outcome. I know for me I can make a more informed decision. So he uses a tbs/gal where a tsp/gal is good for me. I'm using Botinicare pro grow for veg and bloom for flower. 1ml zone, 9ml cannazyme,4ml rhizotonic.
I have someother things I use less often.

if you read the thread in the link provided, should be able to approximately calculate the amount of npk-ca-mg-fe. whether teaspoon, tablespoon, or other amount measured. the various formulas provided should give you ~#'s - as long as #'s from traditional ferts are known, should be ok.

if you list the type of molasses, and 'nutrition facts' on back of bottle, should be able to calculate a nutrient profile for 5 ml (teaspoon), or 15 ml (tablespoon). can then determine #'s of base nutes and/or supplements.

enjoy your garden!

Is it hurting the plants? I've used it a few waterings now

I just looked it up on B&G's web site:
http://www.grandmasmolasses.com/grandmas/default.asp
It appears that robust is from the 2nd boiling so there is less sugar than regular original grandma's mollasses. Blackstrap has most of the sugar removed.
To your question I don't think it will hurt but continued may get ants although I haven't heard anyone complain of them or a sticky mess. If it were me I'd get the BS mollasses.
