man I was chatty. how's the outdoor outdoor doing? blowing up?
So... there is a bunch of ganja out there coming into its own. The berry white is big and fast... and the Razzberry is fast too and while the plant is small, the buds are going to be enormous... like volleyballs of nugg at the end of each stalk... The Razz also smells like it is in week 7 rather than week 2... and it smells exactly as its name suggests it should. Like full-on artificial raspberry flavor... yum. its so strong that it wafts in my window after dark.... did I say yum.
Razz... hard to see the structure of this in the photo... I'll take some when the light is better and from a better angle.
Ladies and Gentleman... the Oasis Hotel and Casino is proud to present... the love doctor... Mrs Berry White. I really think this strain is going to do special things. I can't prove that it was the catalyst, but it started spewing out the resin immediately after its first Bud Candy feed.
And here are some more shots of dried nug from the light dep.
GDP that juuuust barely purped for us. There was a lot of purple leaf, but not much trace of the color is left behind. Still smalls and tastes like purps.
Bubba Kush. Nice and dank. Unmistakable.
Pepe Le Pew. Really fine smoke. Huge surprise in yield and quality. Had to offer up a pound of mendo blendo to the dispensary (these guys don't have the same standards as the big city clubs) because I wanted to keep more of this for myself than homogeneous units would allow.

nah. i had no berry white in the light dep and no bluedog either... so I'm really looking forward to both of them. The bluedog, however, comes from the same source as many of my mystery plants so its bona-fides cannot be trusted. Its also one of my smallest plants... who knows.

Thanks JH. Trimmers ain't hard to come by in these parts. I'm trying to get Fisher to come help for a minute so he can pay his fuckin phone bill and get back into the discussion. My grow is less fun without his daily input.
Here is a mostly dry nug of the Flo(?) There is still some mystery about the strain... I had thought f13, then they said flo... then after I said it smells like OJ with ice in it, they're like "that's not what flo smells like..." But i consider individual perceptions of smell and taste to be somewhat subjective....
anyhow:
The only bud that has smelled like straight oranges too me was Cali O and I have only experienced indoor versions of it. I am known for growing berry plants and berry crosses(Blue Ogre, FLO, Blue Moonshine, quite a few Blueberry phenos, Berry White, Grape Krush, and some others). As you can see I like growing DJ short blueberry and blueberry crosses, and none of them even smelled remotely close to orange. Maybe you got a saucy Cali O cut. If so that would be cool because that is a knocker strain!
I love the work you are doing also. I am very impressed. The fact that you are a beginner blows my mind. I started with a 400w HPS and worked my way up. Way to just dive in head first and show all these other people how its done!
I dunno if that was a fitting description. It was the best that I could come up with at the moment. It wasn't all that orangey.
This is just how I do things. All at once and going at it hard. I get bored fast, so if I want to accomplish anything I have to be serious about it from the start. Five years later, I have it mastered and its on to something else. I'm thankful that I found a wife who thrives in this paradigm... Drives my Jewish mother insane. Every time she thinks I have "settled down", I throw her another move. Just when she was getting used to the twice yearly visits to El Honduragua... Hey mom, I'm a pot farmer! Life is fun.

I have a full-on cannabis elf sweat-shop going on out there. They are almost as good as children. They have the deft slender fingers for the detail work, but they complain more than child labor. (Cuz I'm a dirty evil capitalist like that...)
So... I went down to Silicon Valley today to pick up my new 8 camera cctv-dvr system... i went with this system instead of wireless ip cameras on my network because the camera quality is much better, night vision is better and everything is a lot cheaper. its going to suck wiring the whole thing, but it will be worth it.
hopefully I will have it installed by the end of the weekend. I wanted to take the kids to the coast, but I will feel better once the system is in and big brother can start the overwatch.
