On a sad note..Ive been havin probs with one of my 250's, and tonite it went caput...I know the bulb is fine, but no matter how many times I plug it in, it wont start up!!!WTF..any ideas fam??I really cant afford a new one right now, if it can be fixed, let me know!!!!Peace

Fuckin BS...waitresses complaining that I am rude & nasty to them, so they are threatening to sue the company!!!Fuckin BS, WA & OR have a new law that says you have to be "nice" to all employees!!!Ive been a chef for 18 fuckin yrs, and Ive never even thought about sueing because of the way I was treated...thats how it is in pro kitchens...The Chef is usually an asshole, cause he needs to be to get the job done...so they fired me cause they dont wanna deal with a lawsuit!!! One of the bitches is cryin sex. harrassment as well...NOW thats a load os crap as well!!!! Fuckin flirtin is a part of the biz!!!anyhow, Ill see ya all laters..Peace

sorry to hear about the loss of job bro... as you know i used to be a head chef too.. so i know what ya talking about.
to be honest with ya, i got alot of compliments from my waitresses and dishpigs, saying "you are the nicest head chef ive worked for"..
but if i needed something right now, i never hesitated to yell at them to get them moving or whatever. like you said, its part of the job. but they knew this, and didnt take it personally as i would always get what i wanted ASAP. i had a really good relationship in my kitchen. i would have stayed and probably enjoyed even my 18 hour says in there..... if it wasnt for the owner.
sadly, i went through alot of kitchen hands and 2 waitresses due to the owner.
HE was a big enough prick for the entire restaraunt, and ultimatly was the reason i quit.
i know its hard when its all youve done for 18 years, but fuck man... i dont miss the kitchen, the heat, or all the fucking dramas that come with running a kitchen!...

There's a big city in the desert with a ton of kitchens, but I hear it's cutthroat as hell...had a chef buddy, b ut he left for a resort in Miami.
Had a chef buddy when I lived in Hawaii. A waitress came in and he says "What's shakin' sugar-tits?" Everybody knew they were total flirts, as well as the rest of the staff (I knew most of them) A new girl got completely "offended" and complained. He got canned the next day. Bunch o' BS, peoples' precious little sensibilities and thin skin when they can't take non-serious stuff not seriously, eh?

I just flushed the babes with water then gave em a little LK & Mother Earth Grow tea...all organic, shouldnt give em a prob...Im so glad I finally got me some LK...this stuff is amazing...i am totally sold on it for life!!!! And as far as AN goes, well just have to see how this stufff does...I know Sammet uses it and he gets amazing results!!! I also found 2 PC males whilst watering, so they got the hatchet!!!down to 7 plants..1 Mongrel is a def femme, as well as my last PC, a CT, and , Ummmmmthats it for now!!! Later all...Peace

Whats up brother Y!!!yepper, those are the first clones out of the bubbler...all had crazy roots except the one in the 2nd pic...thats why the leaves are yellowin on her!!!The other 3 are doin great and shoukd be ready for the flowering room in a few weeks!!!Back with more pics of the flowering girls...Im pretty sure I got 7 girls now!!! Woulda been fine with both lites, but now I got only one, it may cause a problem!!!maybe not though cause theyre so small!!!Anyhow...take a peek and let me know what u think!!!They seem to be liking their new nutes
